La propreté, le calme.

Difficile de trouver un café à proximité pour le petit déjeuner en période de Ramadan. Il y a une cafetière, des filtres…mais pas de café. Dommage…

Uncomfortable experience that left us disappointed.

The location was central and close to a lot of places ideal for tourists as you could easily travel around and experience the local culture. The staff based there were not approachable nor understanding, however, the owner was extremely friendly and reassuring so the customer service we received was mixed. When a staff member came to clean the place, she did an excellent job.

Unfortunately, the facilities we had were below satisfactory. The AC didn’t work properly, one of our beds was broken, the lights downstairs were very dim, the toilet facilities were far too small, the placement of the microwave was extremely unsafe right next to the hobs and the apartment wasn’t appropriately furnished with essential kitchen items, such as a chopping board or knives. (We were able to request for knives and received them promptly though).

Piscine, air conditioning, location, manager, staff, owner Mathieu. Everything was great.

Needs a water tank in hallway toilet.
