AVOID THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING FRUSTRATED

They fail to mention in their listing that YOU CANNOT CHARGE YOUR DEVICES IN YOUR ROOM. THE CHARGERS DO NOT WORK. THEY TRY TO CHARGE YOU TO RENT A POWER BANK AND THEN THEY RUN OUT OF THEM EVERY NIGHT SO YOU ARE FORCED TO GIVE YOUR DEVICES TO THE FRONT DESK TO CHARGE. THIS BECOMES INCREDIBLY INCREDIBLY INCREDIBLY ANNOYING ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS MATTERS YOU MUST ATTEND TO. THIS RUINED MY STAY WITH THEM. Furthermore, the listing advertises that there is a rooftop bar, but it’s shutdown so you can’t access it at all. This hotel is also in a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE LOCATION. If you try to call a Grab, they simply don’t come. If you call a Bolt, they will take on average 25-30 minutes to come pick you up and it doesn’t matter what time of day it’s always that long. They’re located in a very questionably safe and obscure area. It would be a VERY BAD IDEA WALKING BY YOURSELF AT NIGHT DOWN THEIR STREET AS A FOREIGNER. NOBODY WOULD HEAR YOU SCREAM IF SOMETHING HAPPENED. The road is also VERY VERY VERY NARROW so it’s VERY DANGEROUS walking down this street during the day even with children. In my opinion, I stayed here to save a few bucks, in hindsight, I should’ve just spent a few more dollars and significantly upgraded hotels. This hotel was stressful and a very bad experience.

Exceptional

The staff were all very friendly and made me feel like I was in a 5 Star Hotel. For what you get and the cost of the rooms with a king size bed cannot be beat! If I need a hotel again in Bang Kapi Bangkok, that’s were I will be staying from now on! I was in a car and once at the hotel there was nice covered safe parking for it which most hotels at that price do not! Best Value for Price I’ve seen in a LONG time!

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area. Hard to find in BKK something like that. There are markets and a shopping center just 5 mins walk from the hotel. Worth the money spent here 100%

Great value&location. Strongly recommend if u want to go to the mall bangkrapi or near by

I like location that near The mall bang krapi but the location is far from noisy of the road... very quite. It just 5min grab bike away from hotel. The price is reasonable. The staff also supportive. Many food choices in delivery application.

bed&towel cleanliness. (Luckily, I brink my own towel) it can be only my room. but i feel a bit itchy when i sleep. and some smell from shower room. BUT...with this price, I definitely can accept.

You get what you paid for, no more, no less.

The hotel is cheap and it's worth the money you pay for, no more, no less.

Kinda smelly in the general area, the bathroom is horribly set up, pillow as soft as a cotton ball. For one night, and for money-saving purposes, it's a doable hotel.

Very nice hotel.

Everything. The staff and their service was excellent. I liked the shuttle tuk tuk service. Every one was polite and eager to help. The room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had rain shower which was a huge plus. The location was very near to The Mall Bangkapi and other attractions in Ramkhamhaeng area. Recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The very, very large room captivates with an excellent panorama. It is wonderfully quiet in the room and very well cooled. The bathroom impresses with a lot of brightness and glass in general, the interior and especially the bed are of the highest quality. the location is extremely free from mass tourism and therefore more authentic, the reception team is exceptionally friendly, they just like to stay here for longer. the price is also impressive. super cool everything.

the cleanliness under the bed, and a missing toilet brush, missing sockets near the bed, bad doors sealing you can hear the radio noises of the service personnel

My No1 in Bangkok and I know roundabout 30 places here

The building, the reception hall and natural the staff are a great start of excellence. the room facility and the beds very ideal for comfort and simple good lifestyle. there is a wonderful view from the balcony. the technical equipment is excellent, the shower is the best, all has well-cooled rooms. You can do everything here. You just feel like you're in good hands and at an excessively fair from roundabout under 300 bath....

I have miss a better seal of the door to the house entrance, regarding noise separations
