Recomiendo.

La casa en general es muy bonita, nos hubiese gustado llegar antes para disfrutar de las instalaciones. Sentí frío en la noche y ellos inmediatamente me pasaron un calefactor y fue la salvación 10/10.

No había secador de pelo. Con respecto al agua caliente, tiene una duración determinada pero no te lo informan.

Lo único que no me gustó que deben preocuparse del estado de las sábanas de la cama

Excelente lugar

La ubicación es buenísima, está cerca del Barrio Lastarria, a unas cuadras, con un supermercado al lado, varios sitios de comida, tiene conserjería y eso te da sensación de seguridad, hay estacionamiento en el edificio pero debes pagar aparte, aunque es económico. La administradora se comunicó via wattsap en todo momento y siempre estuvo atenta a nuestra comunicación. El lugar es muy bonito, tiene lo que necesitas para una estadía para 2 o más personas

En general me gustó todo, volvería feliz. El único detalle es que la tina tiene detalles de mantención y la cortina de la tina también

Recomendamos e voltaremos!!

Fomos muito surpreendidos pelo Hostel, a equipe muito cordial e solícita, o ambiente muito agradável, o quarto privativo, aconchegante, limpo e confortável. A localização é ótima, num bom local do bairro, perto do parque metropolitano e pontos turísticos da cidade, sendo possível fazer muitas atividades a pé.

Volvería, en un vehículo pequeño.

Muy buen alojamiento, el inmueble y en especial la habitación que tomé con baño privado, son con pisos y revestimientos parciales de maderas antiguas pero con espacios renovados, especialmente el área del baño. Destaco que el dormitorio cuenta con buena ventilación y aire acondicionado, cortinas black out y una cama 02 plazas muy cómoda. La cocina y el comedor son parte de las áreas comunes, allí está todo organizado para disponer de algunos enseres e insumos básicos. Muy buen onda el sr Elvis!

Lo que podría mejorar según mi opinión es el clóset, si bien hace juego con los ambientes, resultó ser un mueble antiguo que alberga en su interior los aromas amaderados del paso del tiempo y eso lo noté luego en mi ropa. Y lo que es más complicado de mejorar, si bien cumplen muy bien su función, son los cupos de parking, que no son más de tres pero bien estrechos y que requieren de conductores experimentados para utilizarlos. Todo lo demás estuvo ok.

lugar simples e com bom preço

Não tinha café da manhã... apenas o café propriamente dito ou chá pra fazer. No último dia eu vi o pessoal servindo um casal, aí fiquei na dúvida se eles pagaram a mais por isso ou só não entendi se eu tb tinha direito. O que eu fazia era eu mesmo um cafezinho antes de sair e só voltava qd já num tinha mais ngm na recepção

Ter um frigobar dentro do quarto e wifi bem instável, principalmente na minha primeira noite que descobri que meu plano de celular do Brasil não funcionava e fiquei dependendo do wi fi

Amazing value!

Despite the Google reviews for the address the area is great!! Quiet and beautiful (simular to Bellavista but 1/3 the amount of traffic). Was on an easy, helpful bus route. Very safe facility and area. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Communal kitchen is always kept clean and has all the amenities needed.

Only mild English was spoken but enough to muddle through. If you're looking for 4-5 star, not the place for you. No room cleaning/food options/toilet paper is not flushable (same as the whole city), I bought my own toilet paper, a little confusing on how to clean your own room.

Beds were super comfy, amazing TV in the double room and lovely hot shower. Friendly staff, location was close to Patio Bella Vista and cooking facilities were decent.

Unfortunately electricity kept cutting out but would come back straight away. Slightly expensive for a hostel rate.

Cozy little hostel. Good to stay while exploring Santiago

The staff tried their best to make our stay the most practical for our needs. They know the area very well and were happy to: 1- Recommend places to eat nearby 2- Offer a low rate to allow us to leave our backpacks for 12 hs after the check-out (since our plane was departing late night) 3- Looked after our luggage for 3 nights while we were away 4- Recommended a hike up a hill which was worth it 5- 4 blocks from Cerro Blanco metro/subway station, which is super easy to use

For light sleepers: wooden floor. If there's people in the room right next to yours, you might hear the floor "bending" and that might result in taking some more time to fall asleep. Shower/vanity do not have soap Couldn't contact them through email directly. Social media not up to date

Large kitchen area 15min walk to centre Small shop on site

Rooms very small Shared facilities were not clean: ants on kitchen surfaces, bins in shared bathroom not emptied regularly and thus strong foul smell, bedding was stained Multiple male staff live on site. Often hanging out in communal areas. Felt intrusive Refused to store our luggage for a few nights despite having a second reservation booked with them for our return.

lovely staff but needs some improvements to be comfortable

the staff were very friendly

our room was like an oven, it was so hot and no way of cooking it down, we also had a room on the main road and it was very loud all night, especially because we had the window open to try and cool the room. There is only one bathroom and it could probably be cleaned more frequently.

Homely and would stay again.

This hostel had a fantastic kitchen. The hosts were lovely and there was a real family atmosphere. The beds were very comfy.

The bathroom wasn’t always very clean and sometimes had no toilet paper. The rooms were quite small and a little noisy on some occasions.

Really friendly staff! Late check in available after a late flight - very kind reception from staff. Great facilities - modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen, shop available on site, comfortable room
