I stayed here in August. I came down for my family reunion. This is my 2nd time staying here. It was an enjoyable experience!! I love the heated pools, beach right behind the resort, I would stay again!!! Service was awesome 😎

We had a fabulous stay in a 2 bedroom room. We overlooked the sports court and playground, and could see the lake in the distance. There were many things to love about this property from the warm pool in the chilly fall, the spacious accommodations, and the serenity of the lake! We will definitely be back.

Goods: proximity to everything, the huge bathtub, comfortable room with everything you need, dark room for sleeping, comfortable bed and pillows, easy parking Bads: working on all kinds of things at the resort, lawnmower and blowing at 9/10am, walls are paper thin you can hear babies crying, your neighbors fighting, every single person that walks by in the hall, anytime anyone does anything above you, and the very loud Housecleaners while they talk loudly and clean… if you’re a light sleeper or want to sleep in or have a quiet day to relax this is not the place for you.

Well located for a 4 day tournament at the Caribe Royal at a much better price. But this place is not quite up to normal Hilton standards. Got kicked out of our room a few times, TV in the living room didn't work and was not even looked at after being reported twice, had to go find my own new towels, etc... Nice area, clean room, but not quite a Hilton...

Lift was out of action for entire stay so travelling from UK had to lug our cases up to 3rd floor and down when leaving. Staff said it would be fixed by second day on day 1...this continued throughout stay. Rooms are not serviced as this is a home from home stay...only if your home has no toilet roll or shower gel... apparently the shower gel has been delayed by...enter random excuse here...we had to request toilet rolls throughout stay. There is no restaurant or proper bar to sit in...this was ok for us as we had car but this will not work if you have no transport. Everything was tired and toilet dirty...but after unpacking into musty wardrobe...only positive is you have a kitchenette (although oven door hardly shuts and the microwave has been touched up with white paint) in general not a place worth staying...add in water was off for most of the day third day of stay and they started to change locks...told we could get in without updating cards but they forgot to leave door unlocked one side of our floor so yes another three flights to get in. No apologies from front desk in fact the guy was arsey and said it's all new we don't know how it'll work...just poor, tired and generally a crap place...we're seasoned travellers so amount of time in room is limited but this was not somewhere I'd ever go or recommend. Will try to add photos as currently won't let me.

Overall the stay was good. There are renovations going on externally. Interally the halls smell old... maybe the carpet but overall the room was nice and clean and the service was great!

We always enjoy staying at Grand Beach… I do definitely think that the room that we stayed in needed some work… it looked like a animal had got ahold of the carpet and the bathtub had all kinds of cracks in it… the service is always friendly and definitely a place I love to stay! And I for sure be back when I’m in the area! The beach area is amazing! If you honestly have time to relax while you are on your vacation this is definitely an awesome place to consider!

We had an amazing stay. We booked a three bedroom condo and it was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable, including the pullout sofa. It was very clean and well stocked. We had a small issue for which we contacted the front desk and a maintenance person was there to take care of it within 10 minutes.

Definitely would consider staying here again. Could do without the timeshare pitch and text messages, asking us to take their 90 minute presentation. That said, our schedule was very busy. I told them if we had any openings in our schedule I’d let them know and left it at that. The suite was in good shape and we used all the amenities.

This property will be fantastic once Hilton finishes doing what Hilton does as far as Grand Vacation properties go. My understanding is this is a recent acquisition of theirs from another firm. I suspect it will be fully up to speed in five star within the next couple of months. For now it's probably four star.

Check in was ok. We got to our first room to later find out it was dirty (literally not cleaned by housekeeping), it was on the third story, and farthest away from the elevator (even though I requested to be close due to being in my third trimester). We got moved to another room on the 4th floor and right by the elevator. We were told it was checked by staff to make sure it was clean (thankfully it was) and when we looked in the bathroom there was no shower curtain. They apologized and dropped one off at the door that my husband had to install. We ended up getting refunded $85 for the inconvenience but that wasn't automatically given or even suggested like it should of been. We had to ask which I found a little unprofessional considering the staff are in the hospitality industry. During our last night our bedroom tv stopped recieving the cable channels and sound. Maintenance arrived and told us they could not fix it until tomorrow...after we checked out. Overall it was a disappointment staying at this hilton location especially when it was our last vacation before our baby comes. I wanted a relaxing, clean, stress-free stay but got the opposite.

The Hilton Vacation Club Grand Beach Orlando Resort is one of the best. I especially appreciate the family-friendly environment (e.g., play areas, basketball and tennis courts, easy "walk around" trail). The facility is centrally located, yet secluded enough to enjoy a peaceful stay.

I stayed here with my family. There was 5 of us total. The room was amazing and very roomy. It was clean and the view was beautiful. The outdoor amenities were very nice and the grounds were well kept. They had more then enough room for everyone. The pool was big and the water was Chrystal clear. Check in was easy, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. We had a two bedroom suite, with a full kitchen and living room. It also had two full bathrooms. The price was very affordable for everything they had to offer. They had a little beach area with hammocks and grills to have a cookout. There was mini golf and a playground for the kids. It was so big we never even made it over to the other side where they had a second pool. We also had a balcony that had furniture and was screened in. It offered a fan and outdoor light too. the parking garage was right under your building, easy access to it. They had washer and dryers in your room and in the parking area. There were ice machines and vending, but also had a small store with so many options. If you are looking for an Amazing place to stay with your larger family, this place is definitely a must! We loved it.
