My room was adjacent to another room with a locked door between us. Unfortunately, noise traveled through the door which made it difficult to sleep through the night. The other guests talked at a normal conversation level but I could still hear them.

Great room n staff customer service BUT, 1/2 of the rooms are located like 200 ft from major highway, highway noise is LOUD.!! Even with earplugs u can hear it. Surprised i didnt see this problem in other reviews before booking.

The staff were all super friendly but the room was awful. The fridge stunk really badly, and there was no cable box or a way to watch TV. The thermostat looked 30 years old, but everything else was super modern. I'm not returning to a Microtel Hotel again.

The staff and room accommodations were great but we had a group of people above us on the next floor who were making loud noises for 2 1/2 hours in the middle of the night. After two phone calls to the front desk they finally quieted down! But that did not stop them from making loud noises again early in the morning which woke me up as well.

There is a reason this is the cheapest hotel in the immediate area. We booked a king room. It turns out that ALL the king rooms are handicap accessible while not being correctly designed to be handicap accessible. This meant no counters in the bathroom and a zero entry shower without the appropriate drainage. The shower curtain is hung so that it drips outside the shower. Every time we took a shower, the entire bathroom floor flooded. Twice when we tried to shower there was no hot water. We were here for 3 nights. I would recommend spending the extra money to stay at one of the nearby hotels.

The room we were in was no bigger than a dorm room. The king size bed took up most of the room, and instead of a chair or someplace comfortable to sit, they put a cushion over the air conditioner to sit on. The bed itself was ine of the most uncomfortable beds ive ever laid on. It was a black metal frame and a crappy mattress. If you are looking to have the dorm room experience, pick this place. If you want a hotel, go across the parking lot.

We asked to see our room before checking in. The desk clerk showed us one, we agreed to check in and then he assigned us a different room than the one he just showed us. We asked for the one he showed us but he said it was already reserved for another guest! Made no sense! Other reviews mentioned being able to hear plenty of noise from adjoining rooms as well as above. It’s true! For a budget hotel, it was clean and comfortable. Small selection of breakfast items, compared to other similar hotels. It’s usually true that you get what you pay for.

Our room was very basic, but it was clean, the bed comfortable. The only annoyance was the noise made by the mini refrigerator in the room, so we turned it off during the night.
