Not so charming but new and nice clean rooms. 3,5 km from the leaning tower. Not so interesting surroundings bythe hotel, but only 10 min from airport.

There is a restaurant very good in the hotel. Receptionist and staff are very kind. Good position of the hotel. Room very confort. I recommend the hotel and the restaurant

This property did just what it promised. A clean room, good shower, good breakfast, free parking. The hotel is a good base to see Pisa but it is approximately 2.5km to the leaning tower and so a good walk, especially in the heat. It’s a good base and I would recommend staying here for the purpose of visiting the town

The hotel appeared, old and not very clean. The pictures are much more modern than the reality of the rooms. The room we stayed in had a massive crack on the window and as the room was facing the road, we could hear traffic all night long. The hotel is quite a distance from the centre and probably not the best for sight seeing. Area around the hotel also wasn’t the best. Felt a bit ropey late at night.

Came to the hotel a little before time and was told to leave the hotel until it was time. We asked for anywhere to sit and they said “not here”. Besides that did we often find the service people unhappy and more angry plus the room was dusted - dust overall on the walls and the bathroom had seen better days as there was mold out there.

The room was OK but the shower did not work as it should the thermostat did not work. The last day ant were in the room. The reception and restaurant staff were helpful and diligent. The hotel is a bit tired but convenient and offers free parking.

A welcome break at the start of a weeks holiday. The check in at the Hotel was warm and welcoming. Very friendly and helpful. The evening meal at the restaurant of the hotel was excellent. Matthew, who looked after us was superb. Wine was excellent. Well done and thank you

Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Room was outdated and pretty small, but bed was fairly comfortable. Shower amenities were lacking, i'd recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately, due to a terrible multi-car accident in south France, we missed our plane and couldn’t get to Pisa. As unfortunate, the hotel would not refund any of our money even though we used nothing of theirs. Too bad they have no grace even in the face of a terrible accident.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is approx 20 mins from the train station by foot, 30 mins or so to the leaning tower and 10 or so from the river. We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was clean and modern. We couldn't have asked for a better room. The hotel provided breakfast each morning and check out wasn't until 12. Overall fab hotel and one I would recommend to others.

Modern hotel which is approx. 20min walk from centre of Pisa.There is however a Blue line bus stop a few yards away which for 2 Euros(cheaper if you buy ticket at kiosk or shop) takes you into the centre of town in 5-10 minutes. The hotel room we had was quite large with king-size bed,TV(Italian prog. as expected),complimentary bottles of water(sparkling and still)provided each day and large well-stocked bathroom with walk-in shower.If there is a downside to the hotel,while it's in a pleasant area, it is not a tourist one which means that there is a limited choice of eating places around. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar which we did not use for breakfast or dinner.Instead we ate in town during the day and used the very good and reasonably priced Pizzeria situated about 100yards away from the hotel on at least two evenings. There is a new shopping centre across the road from the hotel but at present but has limited eating facilities other than a Japanese restaurant and a small cafe. If you want to buy your wine,bread,bakery items etc.there is a huge Coop supermarket about 5-10 min. walk from the hotel.Directions-When you leave the hotel from the front door, turn right and walk for about 100metres until you come to a main road junction.Turn right again and walk for about 5min. you will come to the Coop store on your left.You will find everything you need there!

This hotel was a great base to explore Tuscany. Stayed here 7 nights with 2 children. Great hotel rooms well furnished and comfortable. Bus stop outside the hotel and frequent trains from Pisa Centale railway station to Florence, Lucca, etc.

A one night stay at this hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and spoke good English (important if hopeless at languages such as me). My room was large and had efficient air conditioning which was important with 30 degree C heat outside. The downside was it is a very long walk to the more scenic parts of Pisa. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice available and lovely staff member available to help if needed. The hotel is on the Lan Blu bus route which can be caught from the main station. The station is a Lan Rosea bus ride from the airport. This is a much cheaper option than getting a taxi.

Breakfast was good. A nice selection of foods, especially the pastries. The night porter on our arrival was very helpful, room nice and big, free water in the freezer. First night I found a cockroach under my pillow (which was caught and thrown out by my brave boyfriend). Informed one of the day receptionist. He was very dismissive and tried to make out that he didn't know what a cockroach was. So we had to draw him a picture. Then he made out the it may have come through an open window and paid no attention of our concerns. He was not very helpful!
