No pool, poor cable, no jacuzzi, bad air conditioning in common areas. The hotel looks too old to be a Radisson

We got off to a rocky start when our hotels.com reservation could not be found in the Radisson system! It took about 1/2 an hour to get it organized, but the staff were very friendly and apologetic throughout the process. The bonus was when we finally got to our room we had been upgraded to a King bed without prior notice. The room was quiet, very basic, but clean. The bathroom was bright with a good shower. All-in-all considering the convenient location, this Radisson was a good choice for us, reasonably priced, with very courteous, friendly staff. We would stay there again.

Radisson hotels in Brazil are always outstanding. Good rooms, good breakfast. Its always pleasant to stay here.

We stayed several times at the Radisson, we had good and bad experiences. This was certainly the worst stay. Disorganization, prioritization of attendance of a delegation, blocking access by elevators to our floor. Really far short of expected.

Rooms are in poor condition for the price. Laghetto is cheaper and much nicer. Ibis is much cheaper and of the same quality. Sheets had holes and the bathroom was horrible.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Concierge and attending staff very attentive and cordial. Hotel lacks in-house gym, pool, spa. Maintenance problems: Pumps and filters of watering system are very noisy.

It is a good hotel. At the moment we stayed there. It was under modification, it was a little bit annoying but there was nothing they can do about it. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is really healthy. Porto Alegre is a beautful city.
