Casa XALISA is a semi-detached duplex located in a very quiet residential area of Playa Blanca, clean and well located. Located 5 minutes walk to Playa Coloradas, 10 minutes walk to the elegant Marina Rubicon, with its shops, markets and restaurants and 15 minutes walk to the town centre.

Ideal for families and couples.

With modern decor and a comfortable exterior, this duplex offers all the comfort and relaxation you need during your holiday.

The house has a total capacity for 4 adults and 1 child and is situated in front of the communal swimming pool of the complex.

It consists of 2 cosy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower; the main bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Living-dining room very luminous thanks to the large windows and with direct access to the outside area. It has a sofa bed for 1 child. Fully equipped kitchen so that you have everything you need to enjoy it with your family and friends.
The kitchen is ceramic hob with; fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker, cooking utensils, kettle, microwave, cooking utensils and toaster.

Casa XALISA also offers essential services such as wifi, Smart TV, 42 inch HD with the possibility of Netflix, Amazon Prime, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

The plan we propose is to simply enjoy it! Enjoy an outdoor barbecue with your family or partner, its tranquility and its interior as if it were your home.

Useful information:

Playa Blanca is located in the south of the island of Lanzarote. It is the third most important tourist enclave of the island. It belongs to the municipality of Yaiza and in recent decades has experienced a boom in the tourism sector that has made it a point of great interest for those visiting the island.

A small sandy beach in the centre of the village gives its name to the place. With a strong fishing tradition, the village of Playa Blanca has gone from being an almost non-existent place to become a point of interest not only for tourism but also for culture, whose port allows maritime connection with the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.

The paradisiacal beaches of Papagayo (20 minutes walking distance from he property) , where the first documented conquistadors entered, still maintain an aura of mystery as they are located within the Natural Monument of Los Ajaches with its almost two kilometres where you will find several coves of golden sand and turquoise waters.

Playa Blanca has an extensive promenade that runs along almost the entire coastline and allows you to enjoy walks that will take you from Las Coloradas to the Pechiguera lighthouse, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.

From Playa Blanca it is easy to get around the island by car. The Timanfaya National Park is just 20 minutes away, where you will find Las Montañas del Fuego, one of the island's must-see spots, as well as the coastal area of Los Hervideros - El Golfo.
The island has 9 official Tourist Centres and the cactlanzarote website has all the information you need.

We also recommend a visit to the César Manrique Foundation where you can learn a lot about this local artist whose architectural and sculptural works are visible all over the island of Lanzarote.

When we arrived, the apartment was perfectly clean. We have stayed in an apartment several times during our vacation , but this one was really top notch. Everything was as in the pictures. The bottle of wine present, the ham, cheese, and other drinks made it amazing. In the apartment everything worked perfectly. The apartment was perfect for a week away in winter. Location great so close to the Marina and walking distance to the town. Pool was cold but it and the outside areas were immaculate.

Perfectly located for the coastal path and easy access to the Rubicon Marina. Overall the complex was quiet. However the noise transferred between apartments was quite loud and as for me, I had to use my earplugs at night. The pool was cold but usable and kept extremely clean. Will we return - yes to playa Blanca but not to this apartment

Modern apartment in great location near to the Rubicón Marina which is lovely in the evening. Plenty of places within walking distance and there is a bus stop nearby. No need to hire a car. Apartment is well equipped with good Wi-Fi and a large flat screen tv. I would visit here again. Good communications with the apartment managers.

It was a very nice stay in the appartment and Playa Blanca.the appartment was perfect, clean, perfect size and we loved the area of the property. The pool was a high light.

Lovely duplex accommodation in a great location, short walk from the marina with great restaurants and shops. Easy access to Playa Blanca centre and we hired a car to see more of the island. Villa well equipped save for the kitchen - there is no oven facility so if you wanted to eat in you only have a hob and microwave to work with. An oven or grill system would make this a 5* for us just to give us the option for light cooking. No issues with booking process or check in. Overall very happy and would recommend/revisit.
