I read a review one time that said, "if you are looking for a rental that checks every box, RENT THIS HOUSE, and don't waste your time searching for anything better." This applies to this house. It is directly on the beach, so you don't have to haul or walk a long way. The parents and grandparents were able to switch out from playing on the beach with the kids, to sitting on the porch and watching, without missing out on anything. The house is VERY well stocked with beach toys, chairs, games and an outdoor shower to rinse off. There was thought in what the owners supplied for guests to make travel and the stay easy and everything at your finger tips. You can tell the attention to detail the owners put into making the guests stay enjoyable, which was greatly appreciated. We had three babies (3 mo, 5 mo, 20 months) and there were indoor & outdoor pack and plays, and a highchair. The older grandkids (4-8) had a blast and said it was our best family vacation to date. Kitchens, bathrooms, laundry room, and bedrooms had everything you need. Thank you for making our stay so easy and we will be back!

We had a great stay that the whole family was able to enjoy! Easy access to the beach and all the items we needed to enjoy a day of fun in the sun. Owners were quick to respond to all our questions and concerns.

Property was absolutely amazing! Everything was beautiful! The host really thought of everything! We loved the views from every window and all the balconies. Taking the elevator down to the beach was so quick and easy, and it was so wonderful to have an outdoor bathroom and shower downstairs. We also really enjoyed all the beach toys, wagons, chairs, etc. This was the perfect house for us to stay at, and we can’t wait to visit again!

We had the pleasure to spend six days at this gorgeous house. My family shared some quality time with our family while celebrating my parents 60th wedding anniversary. Donnette placed a beautiful yard sign that attracted a complete stranger to bring my parents a bottle of champagne. The house had everything you could think of needing. We had packed up our vehicle with items we never needed to unpack! It was an amazing week and we definitely would love to stay again.

I truly cannot even begin to put into words what a pleasant experience and stay we encountered with this beautiful beachfront home and Donnette being our hostess with the mostest! ♥️♥️ My husband booked the home, but I had been privately messaging her on the side. She truly exceeded all my expectations. She had yard decorations, balloons indoor, banners, cake, candles, ice cream, a card. Truly helped me more than I can say. She also had the kiddos some Easter treats and trinkets! The home was FULLY equipped and you couldn’t want for anything more. We will 100% be back. The boys, my husband and myself said it was a top trip for us! Thanks to Donnette! ♥️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I fell in love with this place when searching for the perfect place for us & couple friends to stay, & rightfully so! The communication up front was outstanding. Checkin was effortless. Then, the beach house certainly did not disappoint. Everything was so very clean, new, organized, overly supplied, & accommodating. So many beautiful details were found in the decor of this house as well. The views are literally magical from every room in this place. Easy access to the beach… and the hostess went over & beyond to bless us with fun little accessories throughout the home. They really thought of everything in this house & we are already trying to find a time to come back. Thank you for such an amazing time! ❤️

Incredible beach house right on the water. Owner supplied the house with absolutely everything we needed. Only had to bring our clothing, food and toiletries. Beach towels, plenty of toilet paper, hand soap supplied.. We did bring extra paper towels. Also there was a garage full of beach toys, beach chairs, wagon, etc. Fully equipped kitchen beyond belief! Even an extra fridge in the garage. Great comfortable furnished decks that included a fire pit on main deck. The beach views were remarkable from every bedroom, kitchen, and living area. The whole house from top to bottom, inside and out, were top of the line. Very comfortable beds and linens. There was even a half bath on the ground floor so the kids didn’t have to run upstairs to go. This is our first year to rent a beach house in the winter. We were hoping for it to be warm, but it was one of the the coldest and stormiest weekends before Christmas. We still enjoyed the beach and our time at the house 110%. The kids even had fun on the waters edge and walking on the beach., playing football and other games. They enjoyed the cold weather. Didn’t have to worry about snakes because of the cold. Donnette and staff were the best ever! They were so patient and understanding! They included snacks and drinks for our arrival. Kudos for the elevator! Not only for someone with bad knees but also for carrying all our stuff and groceries upstairs. It did not go up to the third floor but that was ok.
