De ligging

Erg vuil en verouderd, kwam er ook achter dat wij 2x zoveel betaalde als de andere gasten. Heb daar ook een klacht over ingediend bij booking.com maar nog steeds niks vernomen.

Comfortable beds , clean , perfect location, and the best Continental breakfast I’ve ever had.

Location nice,comfortable rooms.

The pool sucks, the keys to my room didn’t work most of the time. They never worked on the doors to back entrance, which was very inconvenient for me as and elderly person to walk that far. All the people I spoke with throughout the property had the same trouble with the key cards. This really needs to be addressed. I always stay in this hotel and never had this problem in all the years I’ve been a guest.

Las albercas están espantosas, queríamos meternos a la alberca abierta y estaba cerrada la otra. Olía horrible a cloro y estaba sucia. Booking nos ofreció un hotel con dos albercas una afuera y una techada y no es cierto

Great Value

Room was clean, comfortable and a good value. Shower was good and hot with good water pressure. Great location close to the beach. Most of the staff was really friendly and helpful.

They didn't tell us that you need to request housekeeping the night before in order to receive it. Even when I did request it I didn't get it. Asked if I could at least get towels and was given one. The elevator is so slow you may as well take the stairs. Most of the staff was really nice except for Amanda when we checked out. She was rude and acted as if it was bothering her to check people out.

Disappointing, would NOT stay again

The view from our room was great Beautiful .

Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant . There is a horrible smell in our room . Very musty and unpleasant . The toilet kept clogging up . One time they called maintenance the other times my husband fixed it . The balcony furniture is filthy . I would not see anything on the table . No one could use the toilet without it clogging up . The First Lady I dealt with was very rude . We tried the breakfast and it was just ok . The gravy is very thin and cold . and needed more flavor . The eggs were soggy , like soaked in water . The cereal was very stale. Need another waffle maker , the wait was very long . I really tried to look for something good about your hotel . Other than First Lady the rest of staff was pleasant!!! . The view from our room was great . Would I stay here again ? absolutely NOT.

Was a better stay than I could've asked for.

Breakfast was excellent. There was a great selection of food and it was very tasty. We were right on the beach with a view of the beach from our balcony. I would recommend the quality inn and suites to anyone

Galveston Seawall Sweetness

Great view of the Gulf from the balcony and we had a fantastic view of the sunrise. Just steps from the beach. Lots of breakfast options, loved the strawberry waffle mix as an added bonus for me. There is an indoor pool. Chain and non chain restaurants next door as well as a Kroger grocery store, a block away totally within walking distance. Close to multiple attractions. Easy check in and out. Staff was extremely pleasant! We really loved that our king room was much larger than your usual king room.

Tight parking but we drive a full size truck with big tires.

Leaves a lot to be desired.

Close to the beach and the convention center. They also let me keep my vehicle parked there all day while we were at our event even though I no longer had a room booked for that night.

Beds were uncomfortable, furniture was outdated and the office chair we had in our room had peeling "leather" on it. The coffee maker in the room was not clean and the coffee didn't taste great anyway. The doors to certain areas were busted and the elevator by the front desk is "sketchy" according to my 8 year old. 😆 The food was just ok, the eggs would have been better off just scrambled. It would be nice if there were a couple gf options too.

All in all it was great! I will be back

The room was comfortable, quiet, the guy at the desk was very nice and made us feel welcome The coffee tasted great the breakfast was really good. The best place I've stayed in Galveston so far out of 4 hotels!

Nice view and great location. Breakfast was good and no charge for parking.

Was there during the bird migration. Thousands of birds gathered on this and neighboring properties.

Pleasant

The breakfast was good and everyone enjoyed the cucumber water. Location was ok. Didn’t like that you had to cross the street to get to the beach but all of the hotels were like this.

The hotel was definitely dated. My daughter and I got locked out on our balcony. Someone did come and fix the door knob afterwards.

Thought it was going to be a good hotel with good service from the employees but I was completely wrong.

It had 2 pools.

The lady in check-in who was extremely rude and how housekeeping didn’t go and clean the room once. They also went in the room twice without saying “housekeeping.” Breakfast was also the same every morning which is a bummer.

Great location and value for money!

great Value for money. The rooms are nothing special, but have comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, little balconies, good usb charging option. we chose this hotel as it had an inside pool (good wet weather option), and had great breakfast options (waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, good coffee). also beach and fishing pier across the street was fantastic!

At breakfast the waste is huge. all the cups and utensils are individually wrapped in plastic. don’t think that is really needed.

This is our second time staying here and will stay again. Rooms are clean, great location and staff. They have breakfast, couldn’t ask for more.

Coffee was good

I was being charged twice, front desk fixed that, but I came to find out that my room which I booked months in advance was cheaper if I didn't have a reservation! Not good - I overpaid and I will not stay there again!!
