Situated on the edge of Aldeburgh, Greenacres is standing in one of the most sought after locations, in a private residential lane called Warren Hill Lane
This five bedroom detached family home enjoys large gardens extending to approximately 1.75 acres. Internally the property provides spacious and light accommodation. On the ground floor the property enjoys a large sitting room, dining room, a spacious kitchen with utility, a games room and two ensuite bedrooms. The patio doors open out onto rear patio cum garden area -ideal for al fresco dining. On the first floor there are three generous sized ensuite bedrooms. Outside the property has large front and rear gardens
Aldeburgh benefits from an excellent seaside promenade with a wide range of restaurants, pubs, shops and cinema. The town also known for its recreational facilities including sailing and nationally acclaimed golf course. Other coastal destinations such as Snape Maltings, Southwold and Orford are within short driving distance
This dog friendly holiday home provides the best of both world between country living whilst only being one mile from the town centre
