Péssima.

Não gostei de nada ....

A higiene do local é horrível, estrutura precária do quarto 28 tudo bem que é um quarto standard porém o mínimo deve ser entregue a porta tem umas brechas a tv a imagem é horrível sem qualidade alguma ...estranhei um ventilador se havia ar condicionado liguei o ar condicionado uma barulheira desliguei, liguei o ventilador não tinha regulagem de velocidade... as cobertas encardidas ... a roupa de cama também... de manhã depois de dormir percebi muitos cabelos pelo chão grandes então o ambiente não foi limpo e uma imensidão de asas de cupim .... a única coisa boa no quarto era o chuveiro que apesar de velho esquentava bem ...

Momentos alegres com a família.

Não almocei no hotel. A localização do Hotel é muito boa. Não há queixas a serem feitas. Atendeu às minhas expectativas.

A única queixa seria a respeito de um vazamento na pia do banheiro,

Precisam mostrar mais a realidade na propaganda.

Hotel precisa deixar claro que o hóspede precisará subir escadas. Estava com mala pesada e tive que subir 3 andares de escada. As imagens que aparecem aqui no booking não condiz com o quarto.

Estava tudo ótimo, com uma exceção relatada acima

Tudo muito ótimo,porém acho que a comida podia ser um pouco mais quente,e o atendimento na cozinha também,na noite que estava,não fui bem atendida,pelo pessoal da cozinha.

Supriu nossas necessidades que era um banho e local p dormir, a área do café apesar de ser um pouco apertada, tem variedade (café nota 10) funcionários educados

Não foi informado na reserva q ficaríamos no quarto andar sem elevador, foi cansativo e não tivemos ajuda c as malas

A localização era boa.

O quarto era muito pequeno (mas condizente ao preço) e fiquei com a rinite atacada devido a coberta de pelo e o ar condicionado.

Racist guy in three turn off the night, worst stay in a hotel ever

Good location and everything

There was some bald guy that treat me in with racism, and threw my baggage claiming that he was "helping me move them" it was so scandalous that other people in the staff yelled at him but at the end was not enough

Installation was simple, but very effective to its purpose.

Walls and doors were thin and any conversation sounded like inside the room.

Tô much noise, someone was doing some service with a hammer at 8am, another day another person was singing in some room near mine. I asket for a towel and they took over a hour to give me.
