Da localizacao, do time de trabalhadores do hotel.

1) Cafe da manha: deixou muito a desejar - Sem variedades, manteiga rançosa, paēs velhos (secos do dia anterior), pratos quebrados sendo usados, outros sujos na mesma pilha de pratos limpos, nunca se sabia quando teríamos iogurte ou nao, suco de laranja ou nao, batida de mamao ou nao. O cafe da manha nao era uniformizado tipo "todos os dias oferecendo o basico pelo menos". Quando fui perguntar pelo iogurte e pela batida de mamao (que foi servido no dia anterior) me responderam "hoje nao tem, nao e todo dia que tem isso" - de jeito algum um hotel "Premium". 2) Hoteis Premium entregam o ferro de passar roupas no quarto do cliente - ao inves, me disseram para descer e usar a "passaderia" um cubiculo atras da recepcao super apertado e quente para passar a roupa - um hotel Premium deixa o cliente confortável o suficiente para sair do banho e passar a roupa no seu proprio quarto quando e conveniente. 3) Kit Toiletries - um hotel Premium oferece os seguintes itens: cotonetes, sabonete de barra, shampoo e condicionador conjunto da mesma linha, touca de banho, pente de madeira, kit costura e esponja de polir sapatos. 4) Bar sem uso - para que ter um bar na area de recepção se nao esta em uso e nao se pode pedir nenhuma bebida, convidar os amigos para um encontro no hotel do bar etc. O mesmo com o restaurante que nao abria para o jantar todas as noites. 5) Azulejos dentro do box do banheiro com rejunte preto (mofo) precisando limpar com agua sanitaria e uma boa escovada, assim como a cabeca da ducha do chuveiro, e o espelho ja se deteriorando e ficando preto ao redor todo O problema e anunciar uma coisa, pagar pelo anunciado e receber o inferior.

Moderno, ótima localização

Boa localização, recepção com muito espaço com sofás, café nespresso e chás. Moderno e bonito.

Embora pedi café da manhã sem glúten com antecedência, esqueceram de reabastecer e não havia nada sem glúten. Reservamos 4 quartos e na hora da reserva pedimos todos juntos. Ficamos em quatro andares diferentes. Não nos foi comunicado que quartos standard não estão disponíveis no mesmo a dar. E na hora do Check in as recepcionistas não foram nada simpáticas ou prestatias.

Good location, small room but very functional for solo traveller, business oriented hotel.

The staff of the reception , special thanks for the governance and the reception.

The breakfast. Missing staff, it was a mess, no coffee on the jars, no omelete , when come the quality very poor. Please improve the breakfast quality.
