1 master bedroom with a king sized bed and a second very comfortable double room with a private bathroom on the first floor and further facilities on the ground floor.
A tastefully decorated home from home in an enviable position, situated in a quiet road just off Burton Road, five minutes from the historic Bailgate, Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle.
Naam Place is fully equipped for self-catering.
With the ease of self check in and check out, this lovely property is for you to make your holiday home. As you enter the property, in to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, you will see the homely living space and stair way to the first floor.
The property has a large master bedroom, with a very comfortable king sized bed with ample room to unpack your belongings and live comfortably during your stay. The second bedroom, with a comfortable double bed, has plenty of drawer space to make use of. There is also additional linen and bedding should you require it.
Parking is first come, first serve, however, if there are no spaces, there is plenty of free on street parking in the area.
By staying at Naam Place, you will be able to see the sights of Lincoln, all within walking distance, including the Cathedral, Castle, Medieval Bishops Palace, Ellis Mill (a working windmill), the Museum of Lincolnshire Life and the Collection.
Enjoy the award-winning Steep Hill, with its range of individual shops, restaurants and cafes and further into the centre of bustling Lincoln City with the Waterside Shopping Centre, Drill Hall, St. Marks Shopping Centre and Lincoln Theatre Royal.
Perfectly located to attend and commemorate graduations in style, as you are a ten-minute level walk to Bishop Grosseteste University and a fifteen-minute walk downhill to the University of Lincoln, with celebrations taking place a few minutes away, at the Cathedral.
Further afield, is the largest Antique Centre in England, at Hemswell as well as Horncastle, famed for its Antique Shops. With the Lincolnshire Wolds and the Lincolnshire coast, just a short drive away.
