Water's Edge is a beautiful freshly remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo located on the 4th floor of Laguna Reef at Rockport. Enjoy the gorgeous views of the sunrises expanding over Aransas Bay while relaxing on your very own private balcony. Take in panoramic water views and the natural shoreline with a lagoon that features an abundance of bird life all from the balcony. Make sure you have your camera handy; you wouldn't want to miss capturing these moments.

Walk into the open living room that features ample seating and recliners for you to relax and prop your feet up after exploring the Rockport Heritage District. You will enjoy the view from this comfortable living room all while watching the large flat screen tv. The living room opens to the dining room which has a dining table that has extra pull out extensions providing comfortable seating for 4. There are extra seating spaces located at the bar that overlooks the kitchen. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances and everything else necessary to meet all your kitchen needs. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen tv, and personal access to the private balcony. The ensuite bathroom for the primary bedroom showcases granite counters and an all-new tiled walk-in shower along with a built-in seat and shelves. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen tv and a chest of drawers. The second bathroom located in the hallway features an all new soaker tub/shower combo and has lots of counter space. All linens and towels will be provided for you.

Amenities at the Laguna Reef facility include a swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, beautiful lagoon area at the water, and a large parking lot with plenty of space.

Water's Edge is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and gives you the option of purchasing a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at Rockport Beach, the south pier is free, and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well.

Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. If you feel like shopping then you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques. This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. This is a beautiful getaway. The unobstructed view of the water is spectacular. Breathtaking sunrise and sunsets. The living area and master bedroom have floor to ceiling windows with a full view of the ocean. The condo is thoughtfully furnished. The oversized balcony is spacious - perfect for outdoor dining. The pool and jacuzzi are shaded in the afternoon. You can fish from the pier. You’re within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Just perfect. The condo comfortably fits 4 adults. There is an elevator. The lobby is staffed everyday - help if you need it. There is a large grocery store within driving distance. Easy to stock up. Would highly recommend and definitely plan to return.

The best and only place we will stay, this was our third time staying and definitely will be back. Staff is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to the guests. When they you see you come in the lobby they always ask if everything is going good or if you need anything.

It's been over 20 years since our last stay at Laguna reef. The staff and amenities did not disappoint. Our room felt like we were home. Very accommodating, view was spectacular, rooms were very clean. Full kitchen amenities were helpful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very easy to use. Email informational updates as trip dates grew near were appreciated.

This is my second stay here. Both times I have thoroughly enjoyed the stay! The view is fantastic, the condos are very clean and well equipped. The hot tub is so relaxing. Also, loved the lighted pier! The staff is very friendly and courteous. We arrived a little after 8 pm. when the lobby was to close. But the young lady at the front desk stayed afterward to get us accomodated. She was very friendly and didn't mind staying a little longer to help us. It was greatly appreciated!

This condo exceeding our expectations. The condo is so nice and the balcony nice and large. If you want to see a beautiful sunrise, this is the place to be! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay a day will absolutely be returning to this condo again. Perfect location as well!
