Spacious neo-Provençal style villa with 5 bedrooms and a beautiful infinity pool, with breathtaking sea views over the tip of the Gulf of St Tropez. Ideally located at the top of the Domaine du Golf, it will seduce you with its volumes and its quality services.

The interior layout of the villa offers a large surface area and very good comfort. A beautiful covered terrace at the front of the villa allows you to take meals sheltered from the sun while enjoying the exceptional view.
The terraced garden is decorated with beautiful Mediterranean plantings as well as a pétanque game. The swimming pool is protected by an approved security alarm.

- Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee and Nespresso machine, various dishes.

Reception and key handover times:
Monday to Friday between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. maximum.
Saturday (July - August) between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. maximum.
Sunday and public holidays (except Saturday): self-check-in from 3 p.m. (key box, details specified after booking)
If you wish to arrive outside these times, it is imperative to find out before booking.
Options (order possible up to 7 days before arrival):
- Pool heating: €200/week ***
- Double bed linen rental: €25/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Single bed sheet rental: €20/bed/stay (beds not made)
- “Simple” towel rental (1 large + 1 small towel): €15/person/stay
- “Complete” towel rental (single kit + 1 beach): €20/person/stay
- Baby kit (limited quantities): €30 provision of the 1st element + €10/additional element, choice from:
Bed + mattress/bath/cane stroller/dining chair/potty/changing mat
*** Heating of the swimming pool possible only from June to September depending on weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse pool heating at any time before arrival if we consider that the weather conditions do not permit it. Any cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise the service will be due in full. Any last minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will result in a supplement of €50 for the professional's unforeseen travel. Contact us for any additional information on this subject.
