Named Bella Vista; this lovely and comfortable seven bedroom; 6.5 bath lies within Port A's prestigious Banyan Beach community. The almost seamless integration of outside and inside makes this the picture perfect place to enjoy a tropical vacation The stately home sits among other similarly noteworthy homes in a private neighborhood tucked behind the Dunes. The open floor plan invites you to hang out and relax while watching TV; playing a match of shuffleboard or play a hand of cards at the card table while enjoying the AMAZING Ocean Views. The spacious fully stocked kitchen comes with everything you need to cook a fabulous meal after a day in the sun. Plenty of seating at either dining table with a combined seating of 20. The breakfast bar offers additional seating. One of the intriguing aspects of Bella Vista is that it offers six master bedrooms (all with king beds); flat screen TV's and private en-suite full size bathrooms. The seventh bedroom is a spacious bunk room with two twin/twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa available in the family room on the first floor. Two of the master bedrooms and bunk bedroom are located on the first floor. A powder bathroom is located on the first floor as well. A kitchenette is on the first level for casual snacks and cold drinks. Additional four master bedrooms are located on the second level. The washer and dryer are located on the second level. Enjoy the Cool Ocean Breezes off the Gulf Coast on the private balcony's. The private boardwalk to the beach is directly behind Bella Vista. Steps from your door you can enjoy the private beach walkover and private pool. By the pool outdoor BBQ center with attached bar to support the cooks. There is an outdoor shower to freshen up after a trip to the beach; before a dip in the pool or heading inside. We stayed Thursday thru Tuesday. House accommodated our family well. We love the top floor- we all hung out there.
The only thing I did not like was that the swimming pool was not attached to the house. We had to go outside and walk around.
Also “beachfront” made me think we had a house directly on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is convenient to walk to and from the beach. We had 8 adults and 4 children. The many bedrooms and all being en suite worked very well. It’s a lovely home with the living area on the third floor and all bedrooms were on the first and second floors. We enjoyed the pool as well. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

We loved this house for our family reunion. Lots of rooms, lots of bathrooms, shuffle board table and huge dining tables were awesome. The kids loved the pool and we all loved how close we were to the beach - each walk even for us old folks. However, we did have some issues. For instance, only 2 burners worked on the stove; we only had 2 dishtowels (for 18 of us for 5 days!); the fans in the living room area didn't work even though we bought batteries for the remotes; all three grills in the pool area were filthy and corroded and completely unusable and the entire bar area was filthy; one of the bedroom doors on the 2nd floor that goes out onto the balcony would not open at all; AC couldn't be adjusted and several rooms didn't have any; there's a golf cart in the garage (rentable) that took up one of our parking spaces; the refrigerator in the garage doesn't seal and leaked all over the garage floor so we had to wash it out; and the water pressure was nill to nothing. Again, the house itself is wonderful but it definitely needs some maintenance work. We were disappointed because, for the price we paid, we were at least expected everything to be in good working order!

The house was behind beautiful and the location was perfect! Now there was a few things that were a little bothersome. The trash cans were half way full so they were overflowing when we needed to throw our trash. We attempted to rent the go cart but the property manager never assisted us with getting the keys. The fridge does take 24 hours to get cool so that was a little challenging if you’re there for 2 full days. But we loved the pool and the common area because all of us got to enjoy each others company with the amount of space. And the beach is walking distance!

This place has it all! Lovely rooms, beautiful kitchen. Great place for a large group. The pool is just right for a group; not too big, not too small. Very close to the beach! Loved the balconies for an incredible view of the Gulf. Hope to rent this house and the house next door for our next family gathering.

Great house, lots of stairs since the kitchen and family are is on the 3rd. We had no cable/internet service our ENTIRE 3-night stay. Called several times about it but nothing got resolved - so no TV for the men in the group wanting to watch golf or news. There were several coffeemakers in the pantry but not a single one had a carafe to make it in. Guest services did bring a new coffeemaker the next morning. We still had a great time regardless.

Nice house with a beach view. Large enough for our group of 10 adults and 3 toddlers. Most of the exterior doors were broken and would not latch without engaging the deadbolt. Zero communication through Vrbo. I had to call customer service a few times to be put in touch with the property manager. Inquiries placed though the Vrbo app were left unanswered. We had a good time but not sure if we would stay here again however it’s hard to find properties with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms so close to the beach.

Bella Vista is so much prettier in person, it's the perfect location! Done issues were a few doors didn't open and the washer didn't work but we still enjoyed our stay. This home is beautiful and I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the property overall, and were happy with our decision. However, there are some things that need maintenance - the BBQ grill doesn't work very well (it's worn out), the oven vent doesn't work, an outside door was stuck (we reported it and nothing was done while we were there), only towels were offered (that is, no kitchen towels or bathroom hand towels or wash clothes), etc. We found the management company to be friendly, but they didn't really do anything - like respond to our messages or phone calls.
The location is great and we enjoyed the balconies, game tables, and pool. We probably won't choose it again, but mostly because of the management company.

A repairman came over, but was unable to repair things. No one else returned, and the office stopped responding to requests for service. The house was very clean, and a convenient walk or drive into the town.

Bella Vista met and exceeded expectations overall. We hosted Thanksgiving for 16 (10 adults, 6 kids), 12 from out of town. The home is beautiful, very clean, well maintained and accommodated all of us very comfortably. The 6 individual bed/bath were very spacious and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room. We enjoyed the pool and grilling on the patio. The shuffleboard table was enjoyed by all. The third floor kitchen, dining and living room was very accommodating with fantastic views. The beach is just a short walk along a well maintained boardwalk. We really enjoyed the Red Dragon Pirate Cruise at sunset and highly recommend it for anyone with kids. We also enjoyed a bonfire on the beach which was a perfect way to wind down after our Thanksgiving feast. Don't worry about getting out of shape staying here as you will be a super stair climber by the time you leave:) The folks at Silversands prop. management provided good service and were very nice to work with prior to and during our stay. Recommendations for owner/prop. manager: Fix faulty doorknobs on 1st and 3rd floor outside doors. Supply an electric hand mixer in kitchen. Provide travel size soap, shampoo and lotion in bathrooms. Shuffleboard table needs leveling and extra powder/wax available and some chalk for the chalkboard. A service elevator would be an outstanding addition for packing in/out of the third floor kitchen.

I was really impressed with the rental process with Silver Sands, I rent a lot of VRBO and they're the most professional team I've dealt with so far. Like that the house had a bathroom in each room. Quite noisy on 2nd floor if you have early risers! Had a great stay and enjoyed the large upper floor with enough seating for all!

We were pleased with the fact that this house was large enough for our big family. After reading previous reviews, we knew to take kitchen towels, soap, and paper products for our use. We made do with the utensils and pots and pans provided but expected more variety and number of some of the items. Also with prior warning, we were expecting the very small grill that is the substitute for the larger, built in grill that has deteriorated. For the price paid, one could expect that this built in grill would be replaced with a comparable one that is clean and functional. Additionally, we did find that a couple of the ceiling fans in bedrooms were not working and shelving from the refrigerator door was found broken and placed in the pantry thus making storing food items much more difficult. These items were reported to the management company with no action being taken during our stay. In spite of these things, overall, we were content with our stay at Bella Vista.

The large living area on the 3rd floor accommodated all of us very comfortably with everything we needed to enjoy meals together and to just hang out. Loved the outdoor shower and refreshing pool. Pros: Every bedroom had a king bed with ensuite bathroom. Huge great room that could accommodate our family reunion. Very centrally located, close to beach. Nice pool. A/C worked great. Perfect beach-y decor. Cons: For a home of this size and price, the kitchen was woefully undersupplied. (example, no kitchen linens, kitchen soap, staples, cooking bowls/supplies, etc. Really? we have to buy salt and sugar? The owner should recognize there will be large groups that want to cook. Please outfit the kitchen more completely. Also, the pool was an afterthought to the house. You have to walk outside the property and around to the pool area, no direct connection from the house. You can't even open a kitchen window to call down there. Maybe they are all this way but it was very odd. That said, its a million-dollar home. The kids loved the shuffle board game, great decks with awesome views. It's a great house that could be even better.
