About this cabin rental

Cedar Cabin on Indian Creek in Toledo Village section 6 Fishers Point. Located in a quiet neighborhood on South Toledo Bend, Texas, this lakefront cedar cabin is the perfect place to get away from it all. You can relax on the covered porch, or on the open sundeck, and enjoy the panoramic views of the lake. Pets are welcome, with $75 pet fee. Large covered carport with electricity. Walkway to fishing dock with electricity and covered end, floating swim platform with ladder. Kayaks for guest use, bring your floatation devices! Back deck is 'fenced' with latched gates to prevent
little ones, pets, from escaping. Open sun deck for sitting out, looking at the stars.
Park style charcoal grill, & a place for a fire to roast hot dogs, marshmallows.
2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a fold out cot, & futon. All linens, pillows, provided.
Bathroom with a clawfoot tub & large, enclosed outdoor shower with hot water. Shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, towels & wash cloths provided.
Open concept for kitchen, living, & dining. Kitchen furnished with dishes, cookware, blender, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, electric range/oven.
Living room has 2 large recliners & futon. Samsung smart TV with Samsung channels. Wifi equipped, & streaming services available.
Drop leaf table can be opened up to seat 4, + 2 bar stools & 2 TV trays for dining, or have your meals on the porch, at the round table with 4 chairs & picnic table.
Window unit in living room heats & cools. Will heat entire cabin if doors are left open. Each bedroom has a window unit & electric heater. No boat? No problem. Fish off the dock, or take out the kayaks, or hire a boat for a fishing trip, cruise around the lake, sunset cruise... ask me for contact info.

The Stay surrounded my mother‘s 94th birthday. She wanted to go fishing. We made sure she got out and enjoyed a day of fishing on charter and off the dock Of our rental. The cabin was comfortable and we really did enjoy our stay. Thank you so much, Patti.

We loved staying here! The cabin had a ton of convenient items (for cooking, entertainment, etc.). The owner was very communicative and helpful. The cabin and owner properly accommodated for one of our guests in a wheelchair. Great dock (covered too!). We fished for a brief time and caught several fish, including a catfish. Loved kayaking with the provided kayaks. Great neighborhood and we met a friendly neighbor. Be careful for snakes at the shore. There were also 2 free-roaming dogs outside, which made me hesitant to let mine out. But that is of no fault to the owner and may have just been a one-time thing. I will be returning and I highly recommend!

Our family of 4 spent 3 days over the holiday break for a relaxing time on the lake. The cabin was immaculate, right on the water. We launched the boat at the nearby public launch (2 miles) and docked at the cabin pier for the duration of our stay. Highly recommend this for time away from reality. The owner was a joy to work with. We will be back for sure.

Everything about this booking was perfect. Great communication, property is just how shown and described in the listing, everything clean, and all supplies available. Our entire family enjoyed the accommodations. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable! To top it off the lake is beautiful!! Our boys loved fishing for perch of the dock. There are some bass we could see, but weren’t lucky enough to catch any. The kayaks were lots of fun. The area is pretty quiet and very peaceful! Thanks for sharing your wonderful property with us!!!

The cabin was cozy and cute. Extremely clean. All the amenities were there. Perfect quiet location. Beautiful scenery. A great place to reset the mind. We enjoyed going out on the lake in the kayaks. So peaceful.

Perfect get away, quiet neighborhood and the cabin was spotless. There were so many necessities supplied that all we basically had to bring was our food and drinks. We'll definetly be going back!

Our stay at Cedar Cabin was fantastic! We were able to relax and watch the sun rise/set, fish off the pier, feed the geese, swim and go kayaking.

The Cabin was very clean and keep cool with the 100 degree weather. Loved sitting on the back porch watching the geese swim by on the lake. My daughter tried some fishing and had a ball catching perch. Loved the lights at night in the yard and down the walkway. Great place to stay if you like peace and quiet.

This cabin is a true rustic log cabin. Everything was just as it's advertised. I loved the bear claw bathtub and the spacious back porch. You won't go wrong renting this cabin.

quiet and relaxed. the Canada geese with goslings were fun to watch and bird population was extensive. the cabin and the back porch were really nice.we had a very nice time. we will return in the fall.

We had a wonderful stay at the lake. The view is amazing. The weather was absolutely horrible and a grandchild got sick so we had to end our trip. We hope to go back in the near future.

My family and I loved our stay here! The cabin was so cozy and exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed and it felt like home. Our host was wonderful! She made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The view of the lake is beautiful and the access was great for us to park our boat. We will definitely visit again.

Being from Minnesota, we were amazed at how much the cabin resembled something we’d find in the Northwoods. It was peaceful and very comfortable. We saw egrets and even a pelican on the lake and heard something very much like a loon call on our last morning. The cab is well stocked with everything one might need. Our stay was delightful.
