Great location, we walked to Reno public market and Peppermill. New building, bbq area, swimming pool, big outdoor hot tub, kitchen area w microwave and fridge, great amenities like on site bar and wonderful breakfast

Love my stay everytime I take a vacation but this time there was loud music our whole stay and the issue wasn’t even fixed. It was playing music until 1am we couldn’t even sleep.

disappointed that our stay (3days) was during the recent fire order to evacuate. while other Reno hotels offered discount rates for locals, the Element charged full (rather high) room rates.

Traffic Noise from the street all night. Very cheap windows that can't stop any sound. I can hear people taking outside the building.

What a joy this place is. For 10 years in a row I've visited this area for the Hot August Nights. Each year I would stay in one of the bike Casinos. Changing my stay to The Element was a decision I will follow up on for years to come. Thank you for this experience. Steve C

Was surprised to have a little counter/sink area with microwave, refrigerator, supplies such as toaster and wine opener. Very spacious and plenty of seating. We only stayed one night, but definitely a great place for longer stays. We had a dog and outside landscaping has plenty of areas to walk them. A definite area to walk is door leading out to Orchard Plaza and walking your dog around grassy area. Check out the lighting at night, magical. I highly recommend the Element.

The hotel is really nice, reflective of the positive user ratings. The rooms are really beautiful, the pools were nice. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. However what really soured our experience was that they overbooked rooms, and didn't have the multiple rooms that we booked. We were a group of 10 and could only give us enough for 8. To make the situation worse (though not the hotel's fault), the room next to us had a really loud CPAP machine, and another guest had a dog that won't stop barking. Just one of those times I guess where it's all bad luck.

The staff was very kind and the breakfast was phenomenal. The 2nd floor had a bad smell to it and the shower was very slippery. Other than that, the facilities were excellent and the service was excellent!

The hotel had very kind, professional and helpful staff. I was very pleased with the free breakfast options the hotel offered as well as the parking accommodations. Hotel was dog friendly yet did not smell like dogs were present, no odor whatsoever. Our room was spacious and my only complaint is I could not figure out the ac to get it on. I called front desk and they were able to change the setting on their end. After that situation was fixed I am completely satisfied.

The hotel closes in certain time at night and guests needs to use their card key to get in. That’s the best part that I love. Safety. We asked for a late check out at 1pm. We were in a hurry going back to the hotel because we still need to take our stuff, and the friendly front desk staff offered us more time so we can take our time taking our stuffs. Very clean rooms and everywhere in the hotel. We had a very pleasant stay and we will definitely stay again whenever we are in Reno.

The stay was amazing!!! I appreciate the kind staff. I appreciate how everything is so clean! only flaw is the walls are thin so you can hear all the noise in the hallway but for the price and cleanliness, its soo worth it! I also liked that theres a Sprouts across the way and a huge real grass area for my dog.

i was so impressed by how clean everything was. I also loved that there wasnt any weird smells either. It was super dog friendly too! we could eat the breakfast in the bar area with the pup which was super helpful. WE LOVED OUR STAY! Please stay clean and feeling like new!!! Oh and i loved the big grassy area for the pup as well! the fake grass area stink’s especially when its hot.
