About this house rental

Knot on Call is a privately owned, beautiful 2,721 SF reverse floor plan home. This beach home has a private pier and dock and is located on the bayside waterfront in the much sought after east end of Sunset Beach, NC. A beach boardwalk access is just across the street from this home and is only a short 2 minute walk over the dunes to the wide, sandy beach. This is a fully stocked home in basic supplies including hand soaps, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner and basic cleaning products. We also supply several days worth of paper products including toilet paper, paper towels and tissues. There are also some basic pantry staples including an assortment of spices. We don't want our guests to worry about forgetting items or having to run to the store right away for basic needs!

You will find two primary bedrooms on both the second and third floors, both with king beds, ensuite bathrooms and ample closet space. There are three additional bedrooms, one with a king and twin bed and an ensuite bathroom, another with a queen and a twin and a full bath that shares access via the hallway with the fifth bedroom. The fifth bedroom has two twins as well as a small kitchenette area with a sink, microwave and mini fridge. All bedrooms have smart TVS. There is also an additional half bath off the main floor living area. There is a 12 person maximum occupancy.

There is an assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas, buckets, shovels and sand toys for your families use. A propane gas grill is on the third floor deck for your cooking needs. Also included in outdoor amenities is a newly renovated outdoor shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Knot on Call. The house was just beautiful and there were so many outdoor areas to enjoy the view of the canal and the fantastic sunsets. The beach access was just across the street, so the location was perfect. Highly recommend this property. The owners were also very helpful in answering any questions.

Everything was wonderful! The property owners were available and helpful when we had questions. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the back deck was superb! We will rent again.

Our family, from the teenagers to the 80-year-olds, had a fun-filled time in this lovely, very well-stocked home. The pictures and description are accurate. Many thanks to Patrick and Jessica for their attention to every detail. We had a wonderful time!

The beautifully renovated home was a perfect getaway for our family. As a frequent Sunset Beach visitor this was one of our top rentals from the generously stocked kitchen, comfy private bedrooms, and beach supplies that kept our grandson entertained for hours in the waves. It was definitely as advertised. The owners were super for our first Vrbo experience.

This property is exactly as listed. It is extremely clean and well kept. The decor and furniture are modern and very comfortable. The reverse floor plan allows for a beatiful view from the top floor. We stayed with 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 children and we never felt crowed or cramped. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the appliances are in great shape. The owners have included a beach wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys. Getting to the beach is an easy walk and close enough to return to the house if something was forgotten. The pier offers ample space for everyone to spread out and the fishing/crabbing is fantastic! The location of the house offers a quiet get away but it is still close enough to get to shops, restaurants, or to Myrtle Beach. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions you might have. Overall, this was the perfect place for our family vacation. We look forward to staying here again!

The photos and descriptions were very accurate. We had a nice stay during a hard time as we were there for a funeral. The beauty and cleanliness of the house helped soothe and relax our family and we are very appreciative. Thanks so much.
