We would recommend Lion Cottage…it was reasonably priced and just what we were looking for!

The rooms were spacious, the furnishings nice, and the location was great as a “home base” for visiting several villages in The Cotswolds.

The parking space was a little difficult to maneuver in the larger rental vehicle we were driving.

Great location with okay accommodation

Location

The place smelt like dirty mop water when we arrived. The fridge was turned off so it smelled worse (never turn off a fridge, and if you do, open the door). The master bath door doesn’t stay closed. The outdoor alarm light flashes every 8-10 seconds because the owner doesn’t know how to turn it off (I googled the alarm system and it’s very easy to schedule a technician to come out and I even found steps to reset the code for free).

Beautiful cottage in exceptional condition and very clean. Close to amenities and superb facilities in the premises. Wonderful. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Parking was tight and would be really tricky if there was more than 1 car per cottage.

Delighted with the cottage - we had a very comfortable stay.

Location good - 8 mins from the centre of Broadway. Comfortable sitting room and bedrooms. Kitchen good with everything you could possible need!

We managed to park in the two narrow spaces belonging to the cottage but the neighbour was looking out of the window telling us to stay within the lines - which we did. Shower gel would have been nice as this is usually provided. We would have preferred a fresh carton of milk rather than the opened, half used carton which was provided.

Lovely house in a great location, close to the centre. There were plenty of places to eat and drink.

The house was in a great location just a short walk to the centre. It was clean, tidy and had everything required for our stay. The rooms were a good size with comfy beds with bedding and towels supplied. There was a good selection of pubs and places to eat and some lovely walks nearby.

Maybe just a couple of spare towels but not enough to make a huge difference to our stay as there was a washing machine if we needed it.

Lion Cottage was perfect for our three day trip to the Cotswolds- nice restaurants nearby, cute shops, and the cottage itself was beautiful- cosy, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed.

Absolute perfection! I wanted to move in!

Could not figure out how to dry our clothing in the machine, (even after looking up the user manual) but that was the only issue. Grateful a drying rack was provided.

Perfect new home. with all the extras within walking distance to town, and dog friendly with a fenced yard

Perfect ! This is a lovely, very sparkling clean new home with stylish furnishings and new appliances and all extras! Super comfortable beds and luxury linens! Fenced yard for our dog was a plus when taking her outside. It’s easy direct, one road walking distance into town and lots of shops and restaurants. Just perfect! great value too!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable stay! Well thought out throughout. Comfy beds and pillows and cosy sitting area. Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from Broadway. Instructions prior to our visit were helpful, as were able to find the property quickly. Family friendly inside and out.
