TRY THE BEST !!

Firstly, I would like to thank management and staff for an exceptional stay. Jane and Ray treated me like family. Every Sunday, Dumaguete has a day-long brownout; a free tour is arranged for guests to Valencia markets and a drive to Pulangbato for a soak in the hot springs and/or a refreshing dip in the waterfall pool. A free and wholesome lunch was provided for everyone's enjoyment. Kayongs Inn is close to the boulevard. I would give 10 stars if I could. I will be back!! Salamat po Team!! 💕

Great stay

Room size and hot and cold water just outside the room. Staff were lovely and always very helpful and professional. Allowed me to leave a bag when I went to Apo island.

Très bon hôtel pour visiter la ville de Dumaguete

L’hôtel est simple, mais très efficace. Il est bien situe à Dumaguete, près des marché, et a 10 mn des quais et des quartiers animés. Le personnel est serviable. La chambre est propre. Et la salle de bain avec une douche avec un bon débit et de l’eau chaude régulière.

Le simple vitrage qui fait que l’on entend trop la circulation.

Consistently Excellent!

Kayong's has the friendliest and most helpful staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at. They go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. The rooms are modern, with air conditioning, cable TV, a desk area, and fast internet. There is an open air seating area on the fourth floor with views from the mountains to the water. The location is pretty central, and no part of central Dumaguete is more than a 10 minute walk.

This is now my home base for world travel.

I love the staff , it was better than most families. When I was. Sick they got me medicine, hungry they fed me. Great conversation in the middle of the nights. They were kind considerate, and loving this hotel is the epitome of hospitality. I love johima, MaryJane and all of the staff. Love Love Love

Great New Hotel

Good location not too far from the bus terminal, City center, or boardwalk. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel staff is exceptional. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Fast internet, and mesh WiFi repeaters for every two rooms down the hall. Hotel has a fourth floor open air rooftop, with a shared kitchen and seating. It's a great place to look out over the town. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, with large sheets that will keep you covered throughout the night.

Good value for Money

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, they allowed me to check in at 12.00 instead of 2.00 pm Good value for money. Quite central, you can reach the center and the boulevard in 5 minutes on foot

For me it's not a problem but you have to walk up 3 floors of stairs because there is no lift.

Not what I expected

The bed was hard. And there is hot shower with pressure. The location, easy to find tricycle to every where and nice restaurant in the street.

Long list coming: Wall are so thin I can hear people talking in stairs, watching tv, taking shower. And the karaoke on side street all over the night. Bring earplugs!! The air-conditioning doesn't work properly. It makes such noise like a motorbike. So I can't use it at night. And I can see outside in the location of the air-conditioning.. The seat for toilet is half broken. Some tiles in the bathroom are missing.. The water in the bathroom never dry for all my stay after shower.. It is good if u want to sleep daytime. But nightime was more like nightmare. And fyi it sells room per hour. For people dating.. I didn't know about it. If yes I won't stay there.

Great staff and location

The room is basic but clean while the staff is super helpful. The hotel’s location cannot be better as it’s right in the center. We asked a quiet room which was granted and we had a good sleep unbothered by traffic noise.

Clean room and bathroom and walking distance to market and establishments. We were given welcome drinks upon arrival. Water is available along the hallway.

Very clean, new and well organised. Lots of plugs. Friendly and competent staff. Hot and cold water drinking refills no charge. WiFi excellent. Everything works. A/C effective. Very enjoyable stay in a new and well located hotel. Would recommend and will definitely stay next time in town.

Room is a little small. We only have small bags so had just enough space.
