החדר גדול ומרווח, המטבחון מצוייד בכל מה שצריך להכנת ארוחה קלה כולל כיריים חשמליים ומכונת כביסה.

מיקום נהדר קרוב לחוף ולכל מרכזי הקניות. מקום מרכזי אבל סביב המלון יש שקט

ארוחת הבוקר סתמית לא מגוונת ומומלץ לוותר עליה. בקרבת המלון יש המון מסעדות שמגישות ארוחות בוקר טובות ובמחיר סביר

מלון מדהים! עיצוב מודרני וחשדני הכל ברמה גבוהה שירותיות ברמה הגובה ביותר.

רמת הנוחות, המיקום. החדר היה מאובזר בכל מה שהיינו צריכים עד לרמה של אבקת כביסה למכונת כביסה שבחדר. צוות עם רמת שירות גבוהה מאוד!

הכל היה מושלם רק משהו קטן בנוגע לבריכה המדהימה בגג. הטמפרטורה שלה קרה מידי. ולא ניתן להזמין מהמסעדה בבר על שם חדר נדרש מאיתנו לשלם ישר בעת הההזמנה מהמסעדה.

Exceptional Hotel

Excellent service from the staff, room was quite comfortable, not noisy at all from neighbouring bars,

Didn't have any bad experiences with our stay, just the lighting in the room was a bit confusing at times with all the switches everywhere.

location,staff,breakfast all excellent.

stayed 5 nights.cleaned room but did not change sheets. Booking states tumble dryer in room which is wrong.Asked reception but did not get back regarding queerie.

โรงแรมทำเลดี อยู่ในตัวเมือง ตรงข้ามเซ็นทรัลเลย หาของกินง่าย เดินไปชายหาดก็ง่าย ไม่ไกลมาก ห้องพักยังใหม่ สะอาด สระว่ายน้ำสวย วิวดี เห็นทะเล ที่จอดรถมีช่องสำหรับรถ EV ด้วย

Facility สำหรับเด็ก (สวนน้ำ , ห้อง play room) จะเหมาะกับเด็กเล็กหน่อย เพราะไม่ใหญ่มาก

Good room and location but poor breakfast.

Room is comfortable and clean. Location is good.

The breakfast is not good. Few choices and not very delicious. With the price of the room, it’s really bad and made us feel disappointed. Better improve. Room is quiet good only breakfast is not attractive at all.

Cozy and comfy stay

Great location, just opposite to shopping mall with supermarket, various shops and food stalls outside. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is a bonus though it's a bit cool in Dec.

You need to stay here!

Booked an apartment and got upgraded to a corner unit sea view on check in. Fabulous room, well laid out and tastefully decorated. All the cooking facilities were provided as were laundry facilities and even a hair straightener. Safe fits a laptop easily. Bed very comfy and always hot water with great pressure. Wifi very good throughout the building. Staff were very friendly and check in and out was easy, housekeeping is of a high standard. Also great sound proofing even though it is beside a very busy road. Pool offers great views with a rooftop bar and children's water slides. Overall we really enjoyed it and will return, there are cheaper places to stay but they are nowhere near the quality level of The Somerset

Two minor things, no electrical outlet in the bathroom and I don't like glass doors on toilets. Yes there is a blind for the bathroom but a solid door for the toilet would be better

clean, staff put a topper on my bed as I need a soft matress. nice bathroom. Gym was good.

In room - No where to put clothes .. had to leave in my suit case. More shelving please. Pool was small area and no where to relax, sunbath, and xmas music was too loud. Great view but not easy to enjoy.

マネージャー以外対応が酷すぎる。部屋で見たくて予約したのに、意味がないものとなった。

花火が見える部屋とホテルに事前確認して宿泊したが、全く見えない部屋だった。部屋へ着いてから花火が始まり見えない部屋でフロントに電話をしたら、そんなこと言っていない。誰が言ったか？名前を教えてと言われた。こちらはタイ人から電話して確認しているのだが、良いホテルでこの対応はあり得ない。再度電話が来て(ホテルのマネージャー)から、屋上で花火が見えるので無料できて良いです。と言われたが、もう気持ちは下がった。マネージャー以外対応が酷すぎる。部屋で見たくて予約したのに、意味がないものとなった。

Somerset Pattaya is by far the best place we stayed in during all our travels to Thailand for the past 15 years. From outstanding service, interior design, room & room service to location and infinity rooftop pool - Somerset is 10/10 ! Luksus hotelli äärettömän hyvällä sijainnilla.

Uskomaton hotelli! Todellakin hintansa arvoinen. Mukavaa ja avuliasta henkilökuntaa. Siisti ja iso huone. Aamiaisella oli runsaasti valikoimaa. Katolla oleva allas oli luksusta! Rantaan kävelymatka n. 200 m. Vastapäätä ostoskeskus, jossa runsaasti kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Muualle ei tarvitse edes mennä, kun kaikki löytyy ihan vierestä.

Huoneeseen kuului jonkin verran meteliä Pattayan kaduilta. Basson jumputusta, jota ei sulje pois edes korvatulpat. Herkästi heräävä nukkuja kuitenkin nukkui ihan hyvin!

Great staff shame about the weed

Great staff, location,facilities,all staff do everything to help and assist customers

On at least 4 occassions there was a very strong smell of weed coming through the air conditioning unit in the room, which makes a mockery of not being allowed to smoke cigarettes on the balcony, i would not expect this in a 5 star facility, it got so bad at one point that we had to leave the room

New hotel and great central location - friendly staff and good value

Very comfortable bed and the staff were amazingly friendly

The roof top pool was small and there was no shaded area to lie down and relax by the pool. The room was very new and well clean but the bins were not emptied and the floor was very dusty as it was not mopped during my stay, so that could be improved.

It was a very pleasant stay in general.

The location is right opposite to Central shopping mall, which is easy to get food, do shopping. Also, the Pattaya beach front is right there after going through the shopping mall. The room is clean, the staff are very friendly.

It sounds weird, but there’s no socket in the bathroom.

Toll ich werde wieder kommen

Die Lage ist Perfekt vis a vis Central Festival. Die Lobby ist sehr schön Dekoriert. Die Zimmer sind neuwertig und allemal 5 Sterne wert. Ich habe ein normales Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk gebucht, sie gaben mir ein upgrade in ein grosses Zimmer im 4 Stock.Frühstück war übrigens sehr gut.
