De locatie was top, appartement had alles wat ik nodig had en de host was gewoonweg geweldig! Hij dacht mee, had goede tips en hiel enorm veel! Een geweldig verblijf.

Highly Recommended

Location was superb with walking disance to everything.Amazing attention to detail and the comfotable bed with quality linen .Delicious Coffeee on the ground floor and enjoyed to huge pool accross the road .Surprise... no charge for pensiones

Absolutely perfect apartment with beautiful view

Our stay was incredible. Melvyn was the perfect host to meet and help with the luggage. The apartment absolutely exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the most amazing views, location and restaurants all around. The attention to detail, decor, kitchen utensils with quality bed linen was just perfect. Enjoyed the Seattle coffee shop next door. Not to mention a bottle of free estate wine. Great value for a Saturday!

Great stay. Will be back

Owner and staff were professional and very accommodating at short notice. Location was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was central to shops, comfy and private. Will definitely visit again.

Everything was good. Especially impressed all the electrical points available. The bed was very comfortable. Apartment was very compact. nice touches. Had a wonderful time and would recommend this apartment to anyone. Owner was sxtremely helpful. nice meeting you Melvyn.

Compact, comfortable pad that you will call home when in Cape Town.

Great location and great views! Value for money! Nice to have access to balcony and ideal for those who prefer central locations. Very polite and caring hosts! Perfect have wifi and Netflix during load shedding :)

Slightly noisy from the bedroom window some times of the day (can be easily rectified by additional glazing) but not really affected stay as the apartment has perfect energy!

It was a very short stay but it is a beautiful apartment.

Very neat, interior beautiful, and very stylish. Enjoyed Netflix and appreciated the bottle of wine, that was very welcome! Kitchen very well stocked, did not want for anything !

We struggled with the QR Code to gain entrance and the person on duty opened the door for us but did not know about the booking. I tried to download the QR code again but the link did not work anymore. We then entered the url on another phone and receiced the QR. It was a bit noisy, down in the street when we tried to sleep, as if the window in the bedroom was open. I had a problem with the aircon, tried to heat up the room a bit as it was very cold, Did not realize it but when I went to bed the floor was covered with water, had nothing with me so I had to use the towels for the beach to dry the floor. Sorry about that. The water ran underneath the bed. Parking was a bit of a problem.

Over and over again this would be my first choice

Melvyn and Liesl were so accomodating. We had to check in 2 hours early and they were so welcoming. Melvyn is just a hop skip and a jumo away and is available for sugar, photocopying milk etc... Highly recommended. Easy access to anemities. Great value for money

Great experience

My wife and I never do 1 night stays alone. We were a bit anxious however, this place was peaceful. Private and perfect for a chilled couple. Access to an amazing view of the sea, the city life and the mountain. You've got no worries about being lights out during loadshedding and there's aircon for the hot days. We arrived to a clean space, clean bedding, towels, hand cloths and most importantly, a bottle of wine, balloons and chocolates. It's been a great pleasure and wouldn't mind going again! Thanks Melvyn for being an amazing host.

That I had to leave! Wanted to stay more.

recommend this beautiful tiny apartment for a short stay!!! It has everything you need !!

I loved how Melvyn went through the effort of leaving absolutely everything from spices, spreads, milk, dishwashing liquid, cutlery, crockery, even a nice bottle of wine and wine glasses on arrival in this apartment, everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend this little jewel for a short stay!!!

The apartment is super small, but super clean and beautifully decorated, every tiny space is so well used that you forget how small it is ;-)

Clean and compact with lots of attention to detail. Beautiful mountain and sea views! Friendly and helpful hosts- always available when needed. Great location in a secure building. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Quiet, relax and comfortable....

Perfect location close to shop & restaurants.....4 minutes walking from the sea.....The appartement is amazing with a terrace. You can cook easily.....It is very simple to park your car.....I really also appreciate our host Melvyn....Always ready to help us.....

Melvyn is a fantastic host who made us feel very welcome.

Location is awesome. Seattle coffee downstairs. Yum. Patio overlooking the ocean and spectacular sunsets. The little presents left by the host, Melvyn. the Nespresso machine

Warm friendly welcome from the Host ,felt comfortable in this beautiful ,clean ,tastefully ,carefully and thoughtful decorated place. Close to the beach , Restaurants and shops. Everything handy, practically at your door step. Hope to return in the Future and will recommend Family and friends to this Gem of a place

Cannot fault Flamingo at all. The place was Immaculate. Stocked with every item a person need when on Holiday.
