Is was good except for the water bottles costing 5 .00 a piece and a crown and seven costing 23.00 .

Very clean and very respectful staff.

The water bottles in the room cost 5.00 a peice and there is a coffee maker in the room . So are you supposed to get the water for the coffee maker out of the bathroom sink ? I think if you are going to offer coffee in the room then comp the water bottles for coffee. And also for a crown and seven is twenty three dollars? That’s highway robbery.

Nice hotel, but with some adjustments it would be a 5 star. Like have cleanlier sheets and the noise

The room was cozy, nice bathroom, nice aesthetics (meaning the modern decor and technology).

The sheets were not clean. Looked like they were dragged on the floor. Black on corners and very small noticeably faint specks of dirt. There was thumping noises during the day and night. So the noise level was bothersome! I heard another customer complaining of the same on a different floor.

Great option in-between H-town and my destination

Pros: Free Tesla destination charger Clean and contemporary styled hotel Super friendly staff Room was nicer than expected Central to where I was traveling to

Cons: Some of the “clean” towels had hair on them from previous use, which raises questions about if they were laundered Difficultly navigating the hotel to the front desk from the parking garage before checking in

It’s the best!!

I loved this property!! Everything was clean and fresh! The best thing is the little details on how you can start the shower on the other end avoid getting splash with cold water!! Love this feature!! It’s all about the little things!!

Simply Amazing

Everything was breathtaking. We were there for my mother in law funeral and being at the Hyatt brought us such peace and comfort

Will go to easier access and better maintenance place next time

The cleanliness

The elevator in the back didn’t work so you have to walk around the place because the parking garage is in the back far from an entrance. The a/c didn’t work right no matter what we did. It wouldn’t turn the heat off. Location showed easy access and no cameras in the parking garage either so whoever dent my truck won’t be able to find out. Also, don’t know if they change the sheets there was someone else’s hair all in it

Nice facility on the outside but not accommodating, did not have a microwave. It did not offer a free Happy hour or continental breakfast. For the prices the least was add an incentive for the prices

Lovely new hotel, super friendly staff.

Great little spot! Loved the trees still around. The pool area was amazing and the food at the restaurant is 5 stars! Will definitely return.
