Nasty dirty horrible place that will rob you of your money

Nasty i had no cover on the bed no pillow cases no towels room was dirty called front desk over night assistance over 10 times on both my phone and my wifes phone no answer places needs to be shut down

Smelled bad. Staff was rude and slow. I did not get past the entrance. I did not stay. There were people smoking and sitting on the ground at the front door. One in a wheelchair. Maybe they live there. I didn't like the location. I passed the drive way and had to go all around to get back. Only one entrance which is not visible. I DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING

There really wasn't much to like, honestly....

The staff was extremely rude and unpleasant. My mail was returned to sender. I was called a "liar" when I tried to politely bring to their attention that the room was filthy, with black dog hairs and dog food throughout the room. I was accused of being "rude" when I kept my composer and civilities the whole entire time and I was refused linen service after 3 weeks of waiting.

It was a great stay and everything besides the pillows lol was great

Wouldn’t stay there again

Location was good for where I needed to be, and the price was reasonable.

they have kitchenettes in the room, but no cooking utensils. They only have one vending machine in the whole building, there is no coffee in your rooms or coffee in the little bitty lobby. They have. The first hotel that I’ve stayed at in many years, that doesn’t even have an ice machine. It looks like this hotel was intended to be an extended stay type hotel because of the kitchenette but they do not offer any kitchen utensils to cook with.

We got to the property and got in our first room and it smelt like must and smoke we then get put in a second room and it is dirty the bathroom has hair all over the bath and walls the floor wasn’t swept and out sheets had footprints all over them this was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed the workers were terrible the managers were rude and wouldn’t refund us when we didn’t want to stay there I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I had to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the room and buy our own sheets this place is absolutely terrible a hotel six is better than this place

False advertising- this is a smoker paradise suites

the entire 3rd floor was filled with cigarette smoke & there was a fan in the hallway blowing the air as soon as you get off the elevator. once in the room everything smelled like cigarettes, the linens were stains. we call the night attendant and she moved us to the first floor to another room which was okay, there were no towels, or shampoo/conditioner and the floor was sticky & there was a dirty towel on the floor, the cigarette smoke was lightly. false advertising of non-smoking rooms. the morning manager only refunded me $30. The entire place smelled like cigarette smoke. never staying here again.

it was dirty, reeked of marijuana. didn’t receive room key bc machine was broken. had old crusty poop stains on bedding that had not been cleaned. did not stay duration and left.

I don't think my family will be returning.

The beds were comfortable. There were a lot of handle bars in the shower for safety.

There were no towels in the room, when asking for towels the staff stated they only clean the room once a week. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. The entrance to the parking lot is very hidden and there should be a second entrance because if you miss it, like I did, you will have to go all the way around to the next light and make a turn around. The handicap room had a tub that was difficult for my mother to get into because of the height.
