The space
The main space enables guests to enjoy each other, while breakout areas on the lower floor provide restful privacy to regenerate and do it all again the next day!
Enjoy the spacious deck and screened-in porch, where you can sit back, relax and listen to the sounds of the brook that runs through the yard. Brookside seating is also available, and especially refreshing if you’d like to dip in on a summer day! For the chillier months, you’ll want to spend some time in the hot tub.
The main bedroom features high ceilings, upscale wood furnishings. On the lower level are two bedrooms with a queen bed and two twin beds. A double queen bunk bed is also available in the common area downstairs–a cozy space to watch a movie!

The base of the mountain is a five-minute walk away. Sleep in, walk over, break for lunch . . . don’t forget a dip in the hot tub!
West Dover is a 10-minute drive to Wilmington, where foodies will enjoy a wide range of options (don’t miss Dot’s Café for takeout or dining in, and Sawmill Inn for something fancy!).
