The property is cozy, clean and inviting. It is located in a quiet area of town. I live in a basement suite and i was pleasantly surprised with how quiet this suite was. We didn't hear anything from other parts of the home. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was exactly as advertised and what we were looking for. Quite area close to shopping mall and transport. Owner was extremely helpful and comunicated whenever we asked a question. Would certainly recommend this accommodation.

This place was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed 5 days. It was very clean, had everything we needed, good location. Close to the mall and skytrain. Nice neighborhood. Very helpful and friendly owners. We would come back again. Highly recommend!

This property is in a beautiful neighbourhood. Easy access to Metrotown mall and the skytrain. The unit was perfectly clean. I enjoyed having coffee creamer packages

This place is beautifully clean and a convenient walking distance from shopping and the Skytrain. Although it is close to major arteries the neighbourhood is quiet at night. Laundry facilities are an added bonus.

Great accomodation! Everything you wound want and need, its clean, spacious, and just great overall :) And your close to both BC's largest mall Metropolis at Metrotown, as well as to Royal Oak, the neareast Skytrain station. Also, the communication with the host is great and they answer quickly :)

We enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a peaceful, private and quiet stay and that's what we found. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks and drink and decided to leave a few juice drinks there for the next guests. Thanks much!

We stayed at this property for four nights and were very happy with the accomodations. The space was clean and well furnished. Bathroom and bedroom area were a good size and the bedroom had a fan which was a nice bonus. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the Skytrain. You can take a cute little path underneath the Skytrain track. It's a nice walk through a green area. There's a fantastic coffee spot within a five minute walk. Great pastries, breakfast dishes and coffee. Fanzi and her husband were gracious hosts and were so fun to talk with. We wanted to talk more to them, but didn't want to be a pest! Definitely say hi if you stay here they are sweet people. Highly recommend this rental if you're in Vancouver!

This is one of the cleanest and tidiest VRBOs at which I've stayed! The host offered a lot of amenities (toiletries, hair dryer, room fan, snacks, Kleenex, coffee, electric water kettle) which I appreciated. She was kind enough to greet us upon check-in to ensure that my friend and I were comfortable and had everything we needed and also bid us farewell at check-out. There was plenty of street parking and the neighborhood was extremely quiet at night. This place is perfect for a couple or 2 friends who are vacationing in the Vancouver-metro area.

Thank you for a lovely stay. We are both hotel managers and this was a more affordable and comfortable alternative to any of our hotel affiliates. Very clean and central. You won't be disappointed. We were very pleased. Will stay again next visit. Thanks Fanzi

We loved our visit. The place was so clean and well kept and two sweet people came and asked if we needed anything, which we didn’t. The space had everything you might need and although it was about a 25 minute drive to get to downtown, I felt this was worth it because we could easily find parking out front, no matter what time of day we arrived.
