A lovely intimate hotel with wonderful food but beware if you are a non smoker!

The quality of the room hardware and extra touches are lovely. The shower is excellent. The food at breakfast is superb, the quality of everything is excellent and very Greek with lovely fresh orange juice and delicious omelettes (we had to pay extra for the omelette). The restaurant food quality is excellent too - the gnocci is honestly the best gnocci I have ever tasted anywhere - truly outstanding! The staff are very pleasant and obliging. We slept extremely well and the room was very quiet and comfortable.

Unfortunately, there is no protection for non smokers at this hotel. Smokers can smoke anywhere outside, even at the small pool area. The outside restaurant area is very large and a small area around the side could easily be set aside for non smokers. We would have loved to have sat outside as the weather was wonderful but were forced to choose the furthest table inside but could still smell strong smoke coming through the open doors - it was quite nauseating as many Greek people smoke cigars and cigarillos and the horrible smell ruined an absolutely beautiful meal, We were hugely grateful that the other hotel in Athens we stayed at later in our holiday, had a totally non smoking area outside and around the pool area so we were safe - what a difference it made to our experience! They don't have to smoke but we do have to breathe! Unless you are one of the aforementioned dreaded smokers, don't bother booking a room with a balcony, the balcony is tiny with only a very small space for one small chair (probably for smokers). It also is hard to walk on with bare feet so do wear the provided slippers. Do double check your bill at check out - no invoice was presented, we were just told verbally an amount to pay, which sounded too much, I queried it and was finally given a batch of slips, not an itemised invoice as the receptionist told me they can only give you that AFTER you pay as the system doesn't allow it, which is very strange. We checked all the slips of different sizes and realised our dinner had been charged twice. The receptionist apologised but we really had to really push to get the breakdown of the invoice - there was a lot of tapping on a computer. It was just lucky that we had left enough time before our taxi was due to arrive or we would have paid over £100 Euro more than was due. Such a shame as this hotel has wonderful potential!

Brand new, very nice hotel in a good position.

Nice rooms and very good breakfast. The personnel was very nice and helpful. Really appreciated the parking spot near the entrance even if it was not possible to book it.

Necessity to walk out to access the restaurant, but it is temporary due to some works for the swimming pool construction. If the 3 parking spots are occupied it may be difficult to find a parking in the area.

Wonderful staff but the property was not what was described

Location was excellent for our needs.

No lobby, we payed additional for premium city view with balcony and there was no city view just a wall and the balcony barely held one person

Pleasant

in one of the most expensive hotels in kifisia area its unbelievable that in the hotest days in the history of Athens they ! charge for a daily bottle of water in the room!! For this alone +the fact that Say Hotel is right next to it and the welcoming and the room and breakfast and staff there are much better Ibelieve this was my last time here.,

I will definitely return.

As soon as you enter the property you feel welcomed. The rooms are very comfortable with good facilities. The bathrooms are a good size. Also the area where the hotel is situated has everything.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

A gem of an elegant and top notch hotel away from the heat of central Athens.

Very confortable rooms. Discrete, efficient and friendly staff. It’s a very good alternative to a stay in central Athens. At the heart of a busy, yet laid-back, neighbourhood with lots of nice restaurants and cafes.

Great hotel in a nice area of Athens

Loved everything about the property: the interior design is beautiful, the room was spotless clean with everything you needed, the staff was very nice and accommodating, the breakfast was excellent. The location is in a very nice area of Athens, far from the center but accessible with uber or bus.

There’s a few restaurants nearby that had quite loud music and noise until 12-01 AM. While this isn’t the fault of the hotel itself, it made for a less pleasant stay because we couldn’t fall asleep until very late. Closing the windows didn’t entirely help. The parking spots are limited (I think just 3 or 4), so we had to park on the street nearby on a free spot. The streets are very narrow and we found our car with the side mirror broken the morning we left. Again, not the fault of the hotel, just mentioning in case anyone else is traveling here by car to know what to expect.

Amazingly nice boutique hotel in the best neighborhood of Athens. Wonderful staff, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Superb restaurant with very cool urban vibe.

Greek hospitality at the highest level

Wonderful hotel, quiet and clean, with very nice cuisine, and the staff is amazing. The location is very good, you can walk in Kifisia 5 minutes from the stores.
