Bright & airy interior is enhanced by lofty windows & glass doors allowing natural sunlight to fill the living space while offering stunning panoramic water views! The open-concept layout provides endless entertaining opportunities among the well-equipped spacious gourmet kitchen, dual 1st & 2nd floor living rooms; upper 2nd floor great room features a vaulted ceiling & modern gas fireplace offering space for everyone to spread out, relax & have a great time, with an easy transition to the dining room & access to open air covered deck. Take the party outside for grilling & dining alfresco or spend cozy nights by the outdoor fireplace overlooking the glistening moonlit water. The fully appointed chef’s kitchen boasts an impressive island adorned by sleek quartz countertops, ample soft-close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, 5-burner cooktop, microwave with convection option, dual wall ovens, and a large walk-in pantry. Owner will allow 3 night stays in the pre and post season. Ask your agent for details. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
This property does not allow pets;
Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
