The Pool, Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, Swim Park, and Lazy River are available from April 1st - September 30th and closed from October 1st - April 1stThe Waterslide as well as the Poolside Bar and Grill is currently unavailableStreaming is available using your own accounts.Boat docks and slips are available to rent. The Reserve does not offer watercraft rentals. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive information on local watercraft companies that deliver to The Reserve Marina.Vacasa does not manage the common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house is beautiful and close to the amenities. There were a few issues that arose but the management company was very quick to respond and remedy the issues. Overall, it’s a great house for a family getaway.

This house is a wonderful respite from the pressures of the work week. It's well furnished with everything that could be needed for a great weekend at the lake. We enjoyed the nearby access to the Lazy River and Marina and the other amenities. We'll be back the next time we are in the area, for certain. It's really nice to be able to pull right up and unload, with no long walk to the truck. We loved it.

Very cute and decorated nicely. However, be aware that the Farmhouse 7 shares a driveway, and can completely block you in your house. And you get zero help from the number or text that you are given. It was an awful experience for us. We were finally able to get out in the morning.

House was very clean and described better than the listing. Management response was outstanding. They were able to quickly address the water issue on original booking and immediately moved us to different property. Process was very smooth and resolved the issue very fast and promptly. Glad we had property management company involved in this transaction. I would not hesitate to book again with them. Great job.

The farmhouse was a perfect four bedroom sized smaller home within proximity to the lake. There’s a game barn right next-door, Lorene high end community pool no w/ bar and lazy river and very friendly management. Checkin process was smooth and location was perfect.

The home was beautiful, well decorated, comfortable beds, nice layout, lovely views!! It was in Hill Country, so it's definitely up the "hill." The closest grocery store, restaurants, civilization is 35 minutes away, and the road is very winding. If you get car sick, this is not for you.
