The villa sits on a 1700 m² lot, providing travelers with exceptional privacy.
The master bedroom is set slightly apart from the other two bedrooms, an ideal feature for a restful holiday.
The fifth bedroom is an independent studio, complete with a kitchenette, refrigerator, private terrace, and bathroom.
Outside, enjoy a spacious, beautiful terrace featuring:
A private pool and sun loungers bathed in sunlight throughout the day, overlooking the sea and nearby islands
A large shaded area with an outdoor lounge, dining table, and sunbeds
Additional thoughtful touches include an outdoor shower, a Sonos soundbar, and a charcoal grill.
To access all 4 bedrooms and the studio, bookings must be made for a minimum of 10 guests. Otherwise, the studio will remain closed during your stay.
A private gym is available in the basement.
The villa is situated in Orient Bay, where you can enjoy its long, beautiful beach, water sports (jet skiing, sailing, kite surfing), as well as numerous beach bars and restaurants with lounge chairs and parasols, just a 12-minute walk away.
For your evenings, traditional restaurants and bars await nearby.
A small supermarket, a bakery, a hairdresser, and a tobacco shop are located close to the beach, and grocery delivery is available if needed.
The Orient Bay park is highly secure, with over 100 surveillance cameras and 24/7 security.
A 10-minute drive brings you to Grand Case village, known as the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean, where you'll find another stunning beach.
The beach, along with its water activities, restaurants, and shops, is located 1 km downhill from the villa.
While a car is not necessary, it is convenient for exploring all the attractions of the island, including its 27 beaches.
A concierge service is available to assist you.
The fourth bedroom has a bathroom, with the toilet located just outside. It is open only when there are 8 or more guests.
