About this house rental

The best choice for making family memories: whether blood-related or “chosen” family. Pool/spa are welcome hang outs. Hiking/biking Red Rock, golf, so many other activities. 10 minutes from strip, easy access. Lots of cozy and comfy space for family movies or game nights. Kitchen is fully-stocked with cooking gear, restaurants close by, Uber Eats delivers. Plush beds (lots of linens) ensure stress-free oasis getaway. Spa-like primary bath (heated toilet seat/bidet) is a guest favorite!

We just spent a week at this home. It was great. Check in was very easy and owner and I communicated very well. Valerie even had the air conditioning fixed on a Sunday when I mentioned a problem. She was so attentive and responded very quickly. The mattresses were great too. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. The location near 215 made getting anywhere we needed to go very easy as well. The house was stocked and clean and had everything we needed. We were in town for my daughter’s summer intensive dance session and we plan to be back next year. Wonderful communication with the owner and a great experience.

The house was just as described. Clean, had everything we needed, and the pool provided hours of entertainment for the kids. Close enough to all the city has to offer but far enought away to enjoy the calm and quiet. The neighborhood felt safe and was nice, which was a huge plus for us. The host was great and responded fast to any questions we had. We had an amazing stay.

I love love love this rental. It was amazing from day one today’s four. Val the property manager was amazing and communicated with us the entire time even the crazy questions I asked about the pool settings. We enjoyed ourselves my family enjoyed themselves and we will be back for another hopefully family vacation Soon

House is beautifull, Recommend to get the pool heated. We enjoyed the pool even though the weather was a bit cold. They had the cool at the right temperature. Have gotten other properties and they charge me to heat up pool but pool never gets warm. House is in a nice and quiet location. Our hole family enjoyed our stay here and recommend this property. Thanks to the host for all her help. We would stay here on our next family vacation.

Really enjoyed our stay plenty of room plenty of tv’s if U wanted, provisions, snacks, directions on how to use things associated with this beautiful home. Very relaxing beautiful pool & hot tub. We went to Las Vegas for our daughters volleyball tournament and this was a great place to stay. There is plenty of room and the pool/spa was a great way to relax. The house had everything we needed and the host was super responsive to any questions. It is about 15 mins away from the strip which is perfect when trying to avoid the chaos. We would stay here again in the future if we need room for the family.

5 stars-Communication is a huge plus for me and Valerie/owners are great at that. The house is very clean with modern appliances and electronics. Safe, quiet neighborhood that’s 10-15 min prom strip. Would recommend this home to anyone. I stayed with family but would also work for a boys or girls trip. Vegas baby, Vegas!

This home was very spacious and had a lot of upgraded amenities, the master bath was a hit for us all. Unfortunately there was a terrible wind storm while we visited so we didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub. Our only complaint was the listing said 5 bedroom, it’s actually a 3 br. There is a loft area, a living room and a family room, but the futon beds were not comfortable to sleep on. Still very enjoyable place and safe neighborhood. Home was clean as well! And the instructions throughout the house were very helpful.

We had an amazing stay in this home! The house is spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pool was amazing! The kids loved the house as much as the grownups. There was an unusual problem that came up with the hot tub, and not only was Valarie super fast in responding to the issue, she also sent us a lovely treat for the inconvenience. The house is close to the freeway, so it made it weary to get to the strip and all around Las Vegas. Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving week. The house was perfect and had everything we needed for a family vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and close to family/friends. We would not hesitate to stay at the property again.

We really enjoy staying at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised. Host really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and checked on us. Neighborhood is very quiet and never once felt unsafe in any way. Appliances are all in good working condition. Furniture is also well cared for and maintained. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again!
