Are you looking for a monthly winter rental? This adorable cottage is available for monthly stays for November and December 2024, January and February 2025 for ONLY $1500 per month!! What a steal! Located right next to our "Sun Cottage," this adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is just steps to the emerald green waters and white sandy beaches of Navarre Beach, FL. This perfect 1 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 4 people comfortably with a Queen in the bedroom and a very comfortable Queen sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances and everything you would need or want to make a beach picnic lunch or a fancy seafood dinner. (Food and drink in the kitchen pictures not included with rental.)

Simply stated, this stylish and updated, adorable beach cottage will take your breathe away! If you're looking for couples weekend away with friends this is the perfect cottage for your stay since it is located right next to the Sun Cottage. You and your significant other, along with another couple, can enjoy each others company but will also get the benefit of privacy at night by staying in your separate cottages. The property was just as listed. Everything one needs for their stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of items for the beach were also available. Property was clean and neat. It is located above the rental office so if we had questions or needs someone was available during the day. Very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay.

Updated cottage and very accommodating. Washer & dryer, full kitchen, and very clean. Beach access right across road. No ocean view. Comfortable queen bedroom. 2 flights stairs. Would definitely rent again. Check in and out excellent, people friendly. Loved the size for a couple. ❤️ Thanks Paradise Company

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a getaway but make sure you don’t mind climbing stairs. It was perfect for just me and my husband.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was just right for 2 people. The location to the beach allowed for easy access. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. Only downside I could provide is the back deck chairs are extremely old and rusted and need to be replaced, but everything else was great.

Love that it is so close to the National Seashore and the paved trail that runs through town. With one bedroom and one bathroom the cottage is perfect for two people.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this rental property. My boyfriend and I stayed on one side and my daughter and her family stayed on the other. It was a perfect way to have a family vacation together but with individual privacy. The home was very clean and had everything we needed in a beach rental home. We will most definitely stay here again in the future!

Didn't see a grill, but no big deal, we ate out. Maybe add a recliner or chair to the living space. But a beautiful space to stay in overall.

We usually vacation in Pensacola Beach every 4th of July week along with our siblings and their families. We really liked the more laid-back, less congestion of Navarre. We're already talking about coming back here next year!The unit we rented was clean, well-maintained and suited our needs well. Having the rental office in the same building was a plus, in case we needed something. We wish there was more space for storing groceries, etc. Also, the door that leads to the balcony in the bedroom could use some type of covering like a curtain or mini-blinds to lessen the light of the morning sun. All of the systems worked fine--A/C, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, TV, internet. The weather and water were near perfection! Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

Reviewer Comments: This cottage was the perfect size for me (+1), had everything you may need in the kitchen, was super quite and close to the restaurants and pier. Just a short walk across the street to the beach with easy access. I wanted to stay an extra couple of days and the staff downstairs was super friendly and went above and beyond to try to find a vacant property, but unfortunately there was nothing available. I will be returning on a regular basis to this property and will bring friends to stay in the unit nextdoor. Already booked a stay at another property (Sundunes)this month and I'm very excited to be returning to Navarre Beach. Can not say enough great things about Paradise Beach Homes management and properties.

Well appointed and updated unit that was very inviting. The balcony on the back is a little small so we didn't use it. We were within walking distance of a great beach. The overall location is good with plenty of things to do and fun places to go eat.

This one bedroom property is clean and modern with a wonderful location. Everything you need for a relaxing getaway is included. The photos of the property are accurate and the communication with rental staff is quick and easy. We look forward to staying here again.
