Estuvimos aqui una noche en nuestro viaje desde Quebec City a Toronto, solamente necesitabamos un lugar para descansar un poco despues de un largo recorrido y este lugar es mas que suficiente, muy bien equipado, limpio, facil acceso.

The owner is a really nice lady, she responds to messages straight away, and she is always in the house available if you

Personal bathroom, available parking, easy access to the property with the code to the entrance door, hot shower without waiting to get it hot, cleanliness, a comfortable bed, good wifi, and a little working space.

It is not soundproof, the room is in the basement, and every step above is heard. In winter it was pretty chill in the room.

Close to Kingston General Hospital for emergency visitation. Was able to book last minute for same day accommodation.

Basic, affordable accommodation

Very friendly host, clean and quiet accommodation.

Mattress was too soft and sagged in the middle. Room needed basic maintenance: electrical outlets were loose (not well attached to their boxes), wires in bathroom partially covered by loose tape, missing towel bar in bathroom.

La stanza era pulita pure lo spazio mi ha piaciuto

Non capiscono che non tutti parlano il suo idioma e non hanno la pazienza per farci capire. Penso che devono lavorare nell'approccio con le persone. Il rispetto e sempre importante.

Sous sol parfaitement aménagé, propre et fonctionnel. Possibilité de se garer chez l'hôte 👍

Plus loin du centre ville que prévu, il faut absolument une voiture pour y aller !

Location was quiet and perfect. Not too far from the city and not too close.

Cleanliness of the room, there were too many spots with dust. Noise from walking upstairs was quite irritating.

I DID NOT STAY. This was not what I booked. It was a family home with a messy, dirty and smelly house.

STOP OFFERING PEOPLES BASEMENT AS AN ACCOMODATION.

Adequate for a one night stay

Cleanliness, private bathroom, well equipped with mini-fridge and microwave oven, toilettries, some crockery and cutlery, welcoming owner. Very quiet. Good residential neighborhood.

Rather cramped room. There seems to be no air conditionning except by opening the door or the window; a quiet fan is provided. No emergency exit.

Very clean place. No problem with parking. Everything was just fine, we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and possibility to heat the food (microwave, kettle). Spacious bathroom. We slept very comfortably and didn't care for the noise upstairs. Would come back!

The room was listed on two websites, which resulted in a double booking. The owner could fortunately enough provide accomodation in another property. which was being refurbshed. DISAPPOINTING!

Everything was perfect ! It's a cute and confortable place ! It's a private room and bathroom in the basement with everything you need for a good stay.

And because rooms are in the basement, people were walking above room early in the morning.

The room was very nice. Service was a little off on arrival, but was much better in the morning!

Not handicap friendly. Rooms are in the basement. Only stairs .
