Una piacevole sorpresa dove soggiornare

La struttura è nuova. Da fuori non sembra eccezionale ma le stanze sono super accessoriate, ampie e pulite. L'accoglienza è stata piacevole e veloce. La colazione era con prodotti freschi e servita a buffet. Davanti all'ingresso dell'hotel vi è la fermata del bus sia per andare in centro sia alla stazione ferroviaria.

La posizione dal centro città non è fattibile a piedi.

Nice and polite customer service, fast check-in and check-out, good selection of food items for breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, free parking right beside the unit.

Recommended Hotel in Kingston

We booked at short notice for one night and we were happy to find a fridge, TV, aircon, and coffee making equipment in our clean room. We could open a small window but chose to close it so we couldn't hear traffic noise and the occasional train noise. The bed was comfortable. It's only a 10 minute drive along Princess St to downtown Kingston and the lake from the hotel. Recommended!

We stayed on the second floor so it was a bit far to take our luggage past reception, up the stairs and along the corridor to our room.

Pleasant

Convenient location to the area we were visiting. The room was quite large, and included a bed-chesterfield, fridge and microwave. Reasonably priced, and the staff were pleasant.

The heater controls were not too responsive - either full on, or off. Also, the refrigerator was so noisy we turned it off when we went to bed, and turned it back on in the morning.

not worth it . No tea to drink nothing to eat and has bedbugs .

not much to like . nothing available to drink not even a cup of tea . nothing for breakfast . just a place to lay your head down

this place had bed bugs and they didn’t seem to care. I mentioned it to the staff and all he was was we will look into it . they clearly knew they had bedbugs . I pulled down the cover and saw signs of bedbugs and got a bite as soon as I led down . not happy with this place at all and will not stay there ever again . have bad knees ask for something on ground floor could not get it had to walk up the steps . could hear people in the next room. he said he gave us the best cleanest room so I can only imagine the bedbugs in the other rooms .

Front desk manager was very pleasant & helpful. Great location near downtown. Very good value for money. Comfotable beds.

Room set up was poor. No pillowcases or toilet paper. Front desk manager immediately supplied missing items. Tub leaking water and very slippery.

Everything perfectly clean, large spacious room, comfy couch, comfy bed (probably has a topper, supportive but soft on top, my favourite). Was pretty quiet. Wifi worked well. Competitive pricing. 20 min walk from the train station along sidewalks.
