If style means mould, then this is your hotel

The staff tried to help - but the gap between the photos and the reality of the situation was just too big.

Overall, it is a very run-down accommodation that likes to sell itself as a stylish hotel. I arrived very late in the evening and was initially given a room in an adjoining building. I turned it down because it didn't match the pictures and was very dirty. I was then given a supposed "room upgrade" and was moved to a second room in the main building. Compared to the first room, this one seemed to be much better. However, it became clear the next morning at the latest that this was not the case (see pictures). The walls were full of mould, there were red stains (blood?) on both the wall and the bathroom door, the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied, etc. I had actually booked the "accommodation" for seven nights, but left after one night. Of course there was no money back. I then complained to Booking.com about how it could be that such obviously fake reviews could be found on the site. But they just shrugged their shoulders. Worst place to stay.

It is decorated nicely.

I didn’t like so many things. 1. The window glass of the washroom was broken and visible from outside. When complained they fixed it by placing restaurant menu cards on the window, which shocked me. 2. The kitchen was stinking like hell. We couldn’t enter the kitchen for the whole stay. We had to keep the kitchen door closed throughout our stay. When complained, they sprayed some room freshener that lasted only for few minutes. 3. The room was not clean. Cigarette butts were there inside the room. 4. The location of the hotel is not good. You need to walk a lot to reach the beach. If you want to reach the main attraction point of the Calangute beach then you need to walk for more than 2 km. 5. Many more other small problems were also there. Water from the AC can leak anytime. I heard people complaining about that and I have also seen water flowing marks on the wall under the AC in our room.

should start room service atleast for basics stuff.

Lovely and comfortable.

I liked how property was kept clean and very quick service. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great help from Manager’s Shiv and Shivam.

Prime location in Calangute

The room was a premium of 1bhk house. The hotel is located just 100mtrs from Calangute main road. This is a prime location to access many areas like candolim, Baga , Anjuna etc. Within 10kms of radius you reach popular beaches, restaurants, Forts etc. There are medical shops , super markets, bar and restaurant just 100m away from the hotel

The hotel doesn't have a lift facility, an intercom phone and no room service boy. Management will not ask you for what you want in the room service, toilet soaps, drinking water bottles etc.

Absolutely fantastic. More than what I had expected and I literally booked it 6 hours before the stay and I was not disappointed at all. The staff was friendly, rooms were huge and the interior was something I would do at my own home as well!

The street leading up to the place was narrow, but to be honest that's like 0.1% of an issue. The other thing is that the place did not have much to do other than the rooms, but that's alright.

Location of the property is best, and also the parking for cars

The staff and the overall experience was just okay, there were cleanliness issues and also the AC was leaking flooding the whole room. There was a smell in an around the room.

Really nice room, bed & shower for the money !

Friendly staff, clean modern room, comfortable bed, very good powerful hot shower, good location, safe, good WiFi (after you have completed the initial access process).

After a two night stay, we wanted to stay for a further two...it was just a shame that sadly they could not accommodate us as we then had to find alternative accommodation close by.

One of our best stays in India

Breakfast is not provided yet though the new pool side bar & cafe will cater for that soon. Each apartment has enough facilities to prepare your own breakfast & Newtons supermarket is 75 metres away. Our one bedroom apartment was huge with 2 balconies overlooking the pool. Our accom was excellent as was the location, WiFi, staff and area.
