Go see Pike's Peak, the Manitou Incline and Bear Creek Park. Oh my!
Chic residence very close to Ivywild Park. Bear Creek Regional Park is just minutes away. Peaceful side street is popular with pedestrians and dog walkers. Grocery and restaurants within a mile. 7-10min away from Downtown Colorado Springs.
Plenty of space for family or friends. Each unit features features basement bedrooms--great for those who like to sleep in. Front deck offers a grill. Great for small social gatherings.
The mail level features a large living - dining - kitchen area featuring a snack island. This is great for social gatherings. Also included is a laundry area, a half bathroom and access to the garage. The upper level features a master suite, two other bedrooms with one full bathroom. The lower level features a smaller living area, a full bathroom and two bedrooms. These secluded bedrooms are great for those who opt to sleep in while other in your group are fixing breakfast, etc.
One driveway serves this unit as well as unit A. Outdoor parking consists of the area in front of the left garage door.

We had a great time at the house - everything was clean and cozy. A/C works well and extra blankets were a nice touch!

Great location in a nice little neighborhood close to just about everything. Very nice accommodations with a lot of room. A few things missing from the kitchen so check for essentials before you go for the store. Washing machine had an issue but host quickly resolved it. Overall very happy with out experience. We had a great time in beautiful Colorado. Our rental was as described on VRBO website. Everything we needed was supplied. Contact with the owner was effortless and response to our request was quick.

This was the absolute worst Vrbo experience I’ve ever had. The home was not cleaned at all when I arrived. For two hours I attempted to contact the owner then resorted to Vrbo. The owner then contacted me and accused me of staging the home to get out of paying. I had photos to show her which she did not believe. I told her to come to the house where she realized her mistake and there were people that had stayed before us and left food out. After this she still refused to refund us. In addition the home is not as advertised. The grill does not work and the appliances are not all in working condition. Stay away from this house and owner

Main floor and upstairs bedrooms clean. Plenty of room for family gathering. Basement situation will be discussed with owner

Parking is tight for larger vehicles. Outside Trash can was turned over when we arrived.

Loved hanging out with family in the adorable kitchen. Plenty of space overall. Only suggestions would be to leave more than 2 extra trash bags. When we were there it was pretty hot for Colorado, the upstairs bedrooms got pretty warm, we went and bought a fan, ceiling fans in the rooms would have been great.
