KBM Resorts is proud to present Wonderland Estate, an exclusive estate located in the heart of Park City. Elegantly crafted with a contemporary interior design and with bold jewel-toned accents, this private 13 acres manor, will take you and your friends to a whole new level of vacation experience.
Within this 10,900 square-foot manor, your family will have all the comforts you deserve. You will find an expansive great room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, game room with pool table and shuffleboard, large professional home theatre, a gym with Peloton bike and treadmill, and an extraordinary private indoor pool and hot soaking tub, making this the ultimate retreat. And for the summer experience, there is a beautiful waterfall to greet you, plenty of walkways around the pond with bridges, and a childrens playground.
There is plenty of room for large families, friends, or corporate retreats, accommodating up to 16 guests, with all 6 bedrooms featuring ample ensuite bathrooms.
Living and Dining: The bright great room showcases sweeping views of this homes winter wonderland of trees and your own private pond. With the glowing fireplace and cozy furnishings, the main living area is grand and inviting: the perfect gathering space for a large group to warm themselves as they come in from the cold. The adjacent formal dining table can seat up to 10 guests, with a large kitchen bar to accommodate more, and the expansive chefs kitchen is fully equipped with professional grade appliances and plenty of prep space to cook for a crowd.
After a day of exploring the outdoors, entertain guests of all ages in the downstairs living and game room with billiard and shuffleboard tables, a full wet bar, additional seating area with flat-screen TV and a warming fireplace. From there, enjoy the professional quality private theater, a fitness area with a Peloton treadmill and exercise bike, and a gorgeous indoor pool and hot tub area. This home will keep everyone in your group entertained!
Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Each bedroom has been meticulously designed for every guest to enjoy their own space and comfort with an ensuite bathroom. Every ensuite has either a walk-in shower or a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 1: This upper-level main bedroom features a beautiful king-size bed with stunning views, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in steam shower, with multiple rain and side shower heads, and soaking tub with its own dedicated window cove, your own perfect spa retreat.
Bedroom 2: Features full size bunk bed accented by a professional artistic watercolor wall, a sitting nook by the window to read your favorite book, and a walk-in shower ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Features a king-size bed with a tub and shower combination ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Features two built-in captain bunk beds, both with twin on top and king on bottom with a walk-in shower ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 5: Features a queen murphy bed with a gorgeous walk-in shower ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 6: Features a king size bed and a walk-in shower ensuite bathroom.
All bedrooms feature warm duvets and luxury 400-thread-count linens and oversized pillows.
Bathrooms are stocked with LOccitane shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bars, and a hairdryer. Also provided is start-up bathroom tissue.
The residence has central air-conditioning and radiant heat.
Parking: This home has a private garage which has space for two cars. Up to 4 additional cars can park on the driveway.
