A Lowcountry Manor unlike any other... this 9-bedroom oceanfront picture-perfect Sea Pines home beams luxury as soon as you enter the front door. With over 5,700 square feet of living space and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the memories created at 7 Black Duck will bring you back year after year. From morning coffee to afternoon cocktails, the gourmet kitchen is the ideal setting for everyone to gather and talk the night away.
NOTE REGARDING SOUTH BEACH SEA PINES GUESTS: Phase 5 of the Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early fall 2024 with an estimated completion time of Spring 2025. This project is vital for repairing and improving the stormwater drainage system, as well as the roadway and leisure trail conditions along South Sea Pines Drive.
• Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site.
• Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
• Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.
• Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
• For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.

The pictures were deceiving. Loft area was much smaller than pictures. No ice in kitchen freezer and when we put ice in an ice tray it froze in a clump. Temperature off, ice cream very soft and frozen waffles box was wet with lots of moisture. Stove took extremely long to boil water like 30-40 minutes. Very few spoons. Rest of dishes adequate.
Basement shared bathroom with bunks but on opposite side of hall. Cleaning crew did a good job

We had a great extended family vacation with 15 of us, ranging in age from 6 to 76. Phenomenal location and great amenities. Pool was great. Enjoyed the ocean. Lots of room, Quiet neighborhood. Short bike ride to Salty Dog. Lots of birds and even had deer come through the back yard one morning. The Vacation Company was extremely responsive to questions and requests both before and during the stay. Would definitely come back here!
