With timeless Mediterranean architecture, this stunning beachfront Villa hosts up to 20 people (16 adults and 4 children) across 8 bedrooms. Here you can experience some out-of-the-ordinary meals under its covered outdoor dining space, or unwind by the poolside bar stirring and mixing some sunset cocktails. Your booking also includes a cook and a full staff, all committed to taking care of you and your loved ones during your stay.
If you are feeling adventurous you can gear up and snorkel from the beach to the vibrant offshore coral reef, kayak around the bay or stroll around the area exploring the underground cenotes. And if you start feeling like you need some nightlife action, know that you are a quick drive away from Tulum and 40 minutes away from Playa del Carmen.
**A 5% service fee is included in the final accommodation fare
Need To Know:
-Rates displayed are for 16 guests
-Maximum capacity of 16 adults + 2 children* Children are an additional $50 USD per child per night + taxes
-For groups with more than 2 children (ages 3 – 14) additional fees apply please enquire direct for a quote specific to your group
-Day passes are available for $75 USD per person per day
-The beach is rocky and water shoes are recommended upon entering the water
-All rates are subject to change without notice
-Pets permitted at owner’s discretion, please enquire prior to booking (an extra cleaning fee is applicable)
-No smoking inside the property
-Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed) Penalties for noncompliance may apply
-Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year.
***2 x complimentary 50 minute massages included with each booking (minimum 4 day stay required) Pick your location (on beach or in the Villa) but must be arranged for 3 days in advance of desired service date and time.
