Stay here if you don’t bother loud noises

Hotel could be great. Staff is amazing.

The hotel didn’t have the room we booked. So they moved us somewhere else. And it’s supposed to be a chilled paradise but it’s stays right next to a concert venue. Be prepared to no sleep and not have any silent time.

We’ll be back!!

Service for breakfast and dinner took forever. Everyone was very nice, they were just short-staffed. Loved the older gentleman who shuttled us to the show at the Gorge - super nice guy and our favorite staff member all weekend.

Lots of trash around the property. No shuttle to the vineyard.

Relaxing!!

Very peaceful. We enjoyed some much needed rest.

We were disappointed that people didn't pick up after their dogs. We brought our dog and we always make sure we pick up. It's unfortunate others do not. Of course, this not the resorts fault.

Great spot for couples to get away and take in nature.

Beautiful views and a zen like atmosphere. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy.

The only negative would be not enough time to take it all in.

It was a nice getaway with amazing veiws

The view and facilities were amazing. Good customer service and dinner was excellent.

We had some issues with our phone for the room as well as the tv not working. The resort did make it right with a credit to our account

Beautiful but painful

I loved that it was close to the concert event. I liked that they dropped you off at the gate for free for your event. The ride we had was like a ride at the fair. FAST AND FURIOUS! We had a blast just going to the gate. The views are breathtaking!

The only thing I did not appreciate is that the parking and sitting areas out side the yurts are not gravel. Instead it is dirt with all these prickly plants. The little round prickly things get stuck in your shoes. You track them into your yurt. I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and had several round prickly things get stuck in both my feet. I made my way immediately back to the bed which I fell into trying to get relief. Once I picked them all off I was ok. Maybe add a broom and dustpan to each yurt or gravel your parking and sitting areas around the yurts.

A hidden gem that we will return to soon!

The eggs benedict that I'd ordered was perfect! And my wife thoroughly enjoyed the Lemon Ricotta pancakes!

I was not terribly impressed with the fried potatoes; they seemed to have been cooked earlier and warmed up for the specific order.

Location was great

Food wasn’t great. Restaurant was empty but hard to get a reservation. Bars were mostly closed.

It was an experience. I was happy with the spa, which was the main reason for our stay.

The spa was lovely and the bar was nice.

I stayed in a yurt, so I wasn't expecting luxury, but I also wasn't expecting tape holding the plastic sheeting together. I also wasn't expecting webs in the window and seems in the bathroom. There was also black streaking all over the plastic sheeting. Mold? It was quite expensive for the conditions. I imagine the inside accommodations were much nicer. It was a lot more expensive than a five bed cabin with a hot tub I have booked in Leavenworth.

Beautiful location

Bed was uncomfortable, room was dusty and had cobwebs. AC unit was extremely loud and the fire alarm went off two random times throughout the night while sleeping

Next time, we’re staying in Wenatchee.

Location & scenery.

Cleanliness of the room (found hairs in the sheets & pillows) and attitude of the staff (not very friendly - felt like they didn’t want to be there).

Didn't quite hit the mark...

The location was lovely with a nice view of the river from our room from amongst the vineyards

The room we stayed in had very poor lighting, the arrangement of the bathroom was odd with the shower located with the toilet. I thought the restaurant was overly priced for what was on offer for dinner but was perfect for breakfast.

Beautiful stay on the Gorge

Gorgeous views and great amenities. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Very pet-friendly - we brought two dogs, and they were very comfortable. A couple of good hiking trails nearby. We recommend!

Everything was great! We only wished the pool was already open for the season - it was quite warm during the day.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, and wonderful rooms

The views were amazing! The rooms were beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. The cookies in the lobby were delicious!

The metal bed frame looks really cool around the bed but when anyone moves it clangs and made a lot of noise, interrupting sleep. Dinner at the restaurant was good except they seemed to be out of things on the menu and at the bar. Also way too many TV remotes to figure out. Disappointed the pool was closed

Beautiful view overlooking the Columbia River from the lodge and grounds. Fantastic, steep hike from the resort down to the river. Friendly staff.

Our initial booking through Booking.com was for a King studio with view over the pool area. Conformation came stating the room was a King Yurt- not what I thought I'd booked, but we were up for the adventure! The Yurt was spacious and clean, though not fancy. The problem was the heating system, or lack thereof!!! The window type "heater" blasted on/off ALL NIGHT blowing freezing cold air right over the bed. The remote control did not work. The settings on the heater did not appear to work correctly either. Neither my husband nor I slept much, and it was just a miserable night... In the morning my husband had a severe headache, and a bad cold that lasted the better part of the next week. When we checked out, I told the lovely young lady at the main desk about our stay, mainly because I didn't want another couple to suffer through a night like we had just experienced. She said she would let her manager know. I am really disappointed that I did not hear from anyone from the resort. Unfortunately, we will not stay at the resort again.

Overpriced buffet. Should have been included with your stay.

It was very dark and difficult to find the place and also hard to see walking around at night. I almost fell down the stairs. I waited over an hour for our dinner.

Quite an Amazing Property in the Middle of a Winery overlooking the Columbia Gorge

This property really goes the extra mile. They were redoing the floors in their main building, and they had a delay with the finishing of those floors. They had called to cancel our reservation BUT we live about 3-4 hrs. from the property and left before they called with that message. (It was on our answering machine when we got home. ) BUT, even with that, we were welcomed, the delay with the floors explained, and they did a great "work around". they had their Chef make us a delicious dinner, delivered to our room and sent a complimentary Bottle of Wine. Their Staff was very polite and respectful. Everyone just handled this with calm, polite attitudes. Lovely Setting, Very nice Property.

They could have called us earlier and we would have changed our reservation. But, again, they did a great job of making our stay comfortable.
