The staff could not do enough for us. We were made to feel so welcome. The facilities were good and location great for beaches and food.

Perfekt 🤩

Wunderbares, modernes Zimmer mit unglaublicher Aussicht auf das Meer - sogar vom Klo aus 🤣. Täglich 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser inklusive und ausreichend großer Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war auch super - es gab immer ein paar Standardspeisen mit frischem Obst, Waffeln, Dumplings, Reis etc. und man konnte sich noch Omelette, Spiegeleier, Acocadobaguette, Suppe usw. auswählen. Erfrischender, sauberer Pool - im Gegensatz zum Meer. Der Strand ist ca. 300m entfernt und leider sehr schmutzig.

리조트는 벌레나올것 같아서 최대한 깔끔하고 고층 찾았는데 전망도 좋았고 직원들도 친절하며 호텔근처에 빈버스 정류장도 있습니다. 여행자 거리에 있어서 다니기도 너무 편해요. 수영장도 그리 크지는 않지만 그늘이여서 시원하게 즐길 수 있고 가족단위 고객이 그리 없어서 조용한편입니다. 서양인들이 이용 많이 하는것 같아요 조식은 평범한편이나 맛있어요 ㅎ 매일 청소를 바닥까지 닦아주어 청결하며 벌레 안나옵니다. 바다전망은 베란다에서 썬셋보는것도 가능해요. 시기가 그런건지 몰라도 푸꾸옥 바다는 물이 뜨뜻해서 거의 해변에서는 사진만 찍게되어서 굳이 프라이빗 비치는 없어도 상관없었어요. 일도 하면서 다니는데 책상도 넓고 좋습니다. 침대랑 책상부분 따로 불을 끄고 켤수있는거도 좋았네요

별로 없었습니다. 그래서 추가로 연박도 신청했습니다.

Ok, but I wouldn’t stay again….

Good location, nice, clean, and spacious room.

Hotel is OK, but I really don’t like the fact that they offer “free coconut drink” for 5* reviews on google/booking.com. Reviews should not work like that! Also breakfast was rather weak compared to my other stays in Vietnam. Some options were good, but other ones were even disgusting like A la carte sandwiches and baguettes… Also the hotel got filled with Russians during the last day of my stay, and constantly screaming (on a phone call) Russian inconsiderate guest totally ruined the breakfast ambience. I am happy that I left that day…

Gym war fragwürdig und würde ich nicht als gym bezeichnen.

J'y retournerais! Ce n'est qu'un avis honnête et informatif pour vos planifications!

La quiétude des lieux, la vue de mon balcon "vue sur mer", le matelas si confortable, le déjeuner le matin, la gentillesse du personnel, et j'axe sur ce mot: gentillesse :)

Dans la description de l'hôtel on pouvait lire: à 50m de la plage. Cependant, l'hôtel n'a pas de plage à elle et lorsque vous descendez sur la plage, ces espaces appartiennent aux autres complexes hôteliers et on ne peut pas vraiment s'y installer. La plage à cet endroit est très malpropre *attention de ne pas vs blesser en y marchant. Vous devez vs rendre aux plages Bai Sao ou Bai Khem (les plus belles plages du monde!!!!) en scooter ou en Grab à environ 20-25min de l'hôtel. Il y a un superbe espace café-bar-resto à l'hôtel mais il n'est pas en fonction: c'est dommage lorsqu'on veut juste se poser à l'hôtel. Lorsque vous payez avec Amex, l'hôtel prend 3% de plus, soit disant pour combler des frais de banque ou tout simplement: "vous êtes riches lorsque vous payez avec une Amex", ce que je me suis faite répondre... j'avais ajouté à mes 3 nuits un transport aller-retour à l'aéroport ainsi qu'un "early check in". Le 3% est pris sur la totalité et non pas juste sur les 3 soirs. Peut-être est-ce coutume et je n'étais pas au courant car nouvellement grande voyageuse :) Ne comptez pas aller au gym: 2 tapis roulants, 1 vélo stationnaire: vieux, rouillés, sales + 2 tapis de yoga sales également. Pas de poids libres, pas de machines de musculation.

Frühstück bestand aus vietnamesischen sowie internationalen Gerichten. Kaffee heiß und auf Eis; zum Abschluss verschiedene Obstsorten. Supi! Links und rechts am Kopfende je zwei Steckdosen- super! Im Bedezimmer aus großen Flaschen Shampoo/ Bodysoap und Conditioner- hervorragend! Großer Fernseher-was will man mehr

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, entspanntes sein

Gute Lage mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Wenn das Licht in das Zimmer scheint gibt es magische Momente. Obwohl nicht direkt am Meer sind es nur 5Min zu Fuss. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichted, jedoch sehr schön und es hat alles. Gute Farbwahl, sehr entspannend. TV mit diversen Sendern. Grosses Badezimmer, sehr schöner Duschbereich. Das Bett und die Kissen sind sehr bequem. Der Poolbereich mit dem Wasserfall ist am Abend sehr schön. Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend. Es hat alles und wird jeden Tag mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Am Abreisetag haben wir sogar ein Box mit Essen bekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine ausgesprochen gute Zeit in dieser Unterkunft, danke. Wir haben zwei Nächte gebucht und sind dann 2 Wochen geblieben.

Am Pool könnte es Liegekissen haben

Это лучший отель, в котором я останавливалась во Вьетнаме! - Номера просторные, светлые, с современным дизайном; - Хорошее расположение, рядом много магазинов и ресторанов; - Работники рецепшн всегда готовы подсказать или прийти на помощь; - Качественная уборка каждый день; - Классный бассейн; - Неплохой завтрак; - В этом отеле действительно справедливое соотношение цены и качества.

- Смутил путь на пляж, в целом, дорога занимала 5 минут, и вроде как нет собственного пляжа, но есть возможность арендовать шезлонг на соседних пляжах. Возможно, в будущем отель все-таки сможет сделать прямую дорогу..?

10 ngày đã qua 3 khách sạn ở Phú Quốc.HAYA HOTEL là nơi tôi lưu luyến nhất sẻ quay lại lần sau.

Bữa sáng ít lựa chọn nhưng khá ngon. Các bé ở khâu lễ tân cũng như dọn dẹp đều rất vui và lễ phép đặc biệt bé Đồng đã nhiệt tình hỗ trợ cho cô chú lên được chuyến bay cuối cùng về đến SAIGON dù khá muộn (23’30)

Không thể nói thích hay không ở thì hiện tại vì lảnh vực nào cũng có mặt ưu và khuyết của nó ; điều mà tôi biết là họ đang cố gắng hoàn thiện.

Hyvä sijainti riittävän lähellä rantaa sekä kaikkia palveluja esim.edulliset ja hyvät ravintolavalikoimat. Keskeinen sijainti koko saarella ja sopivan matkan päässä pääkaupungista. Henkilökunta erinomaisen avuliasta ja ystävällistä.

Siisti hyvä rakennus mutta pientä huoltoa paikoin olisi tehtävissä jolloin yleisilme paranisi.

-11% Charge on Debit / credit cards -Water through windows -No hot water -Low water pressure -Only broken cardio no weights gym -Broken A/C in and refusal to problem solve -Cafe closed more often then not -Mediocre breakfast with no hygiene standard -People smoking cigarettes inside the breakfast room -No access to Netflix with American Account. -Elevator Beeps on every floor with every floor being a nuisance in the morning Hours
