Amazing,

totally relaxing,Food was great, as was the room, We had everything we needed in our Room.(even a toaster,) I had hesitated about going a day early and now wish I had as I could then have used the facilities to their full. we had an evebing meal in the resturant ( would advise booking in advance) then returned for breakfast .All the food was of a high standard, and staff where attentive,Will defiently be going back

Previous Reviews about the car park, ok it only holds about 3 cars, But the roads and car parks are free and No parking restrictions, we managed to park outside easy enough so NOT an issue.Could Not fault the Hotel,The Food or the staff

Very comfortable, the cottage far exceeded what we were expecting. Staff were friendly but one or t.

We decided not to have breakfast as we’d booked a table for lunch at midday.

The option to check out at midday would have been helpful as we had an hour to kill before lunch, checking out at 11am. I would have even been happy to pay an additional charge for a later check out.

Very good food and lovely location. Clean, characterful and good service

Unfortunately, one of the rooms we book reeked of smoke, which was unpleasant. It was a shame as it was a lovely room. Information pack needed update.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Squeaky floors were very noisy but i guess that's due to the quaint nature of such an old buidling!

Excellent stay, great food and comfortable rooms

Lovely location right on the Stour estuary in quiet village, brilliant food, great breakfast, dog-friendly, easy parking, great staff. Adjacent rooms with lovely views out over the estuary.

I would stay here again but might go somewhere else for breakfast.

Evening meal was very good, service was excellent. Bedroom was very good, very comfortable bed.

Breakfast could have been a bit better, not made or served with love.
