The beach, not too far away, is a wonderful place for young families where you can have fun in the rockpools or make a sandcastle before heading back into town where there's a range of restaurants and pubs to suit everyone. Add to that ice cream parlours and fish and chips where you can really get your teeth into that authentic seaside holiday. Swallow Fish smokehouse is a favourite for many locals.
Inside the cosy property is a wood-burning stove and a light open-plan living space decorated with the owner’s favourite artwork and a guitar and accordian if you’re feeling musically inclined. Views across the rooftops and out towards the sea, rocks and harbour can be seen from the bedrooms, open up the window and let in a fresh waft of the sea air.

Beds: 1 king-size bed, 2 double beds, 1 single bed
Rooms: Ground floor: Open plan living room/kitchen/dining room. Hallway with downstairs toilet. Utility/store room accessed from kitchen. First floor: Master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower over bath and space for a travel cot. Second double bedroom. Large family room with both a double and single beds. Also perfect as a children's bedroom. Family bathroom with shower over bath
Kitchen & utilities: Cooker and hob. Microwave. Fridge/freezer. Dishwasher. Washer/dryer
Entertainment: Smart TV. Books and magazines. Guitar and accordion
For families: Travel cot and high chair on request. Toys and games
Outside: Very small area to the front with garden seat
Parking: Parking for one car in the small courtyard to the rear of the property
General: Bedding and bath towels provided, extra linen and towels available on request (charges apply). Wi-Fi. Welcome tray of milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Starter supply of kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, washing up liquid, salt and pepper. Sewing kit. First aid kit. Electric and underfloor heating. Electricity included
Pets: 2 pets are welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property
Accessibility: This is a two storey property. It sleeps 7 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. No bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The kitchen, dining and living space has level access and has 12 stairs to the first floor. There is a parking space for 1 car to the side of the property in the courtyard. The front entrance has a ramped access. The outdoor space has level access. Externally there is no front or rear garden
