This budget-friendly home away from home offers a private enclosed back patio with an outdoor dining area and a gas grill - the perfect spot for warm-weather barbecues and alfresco dining! The interior of the home is filled with natural light and beautiful artwork throughout. Unwind in the living area, equipped with a set of comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV with streaming services. When mealtime comes, the open, fully-equipped kitchen has your back. It's complete with modern stainless steel appliances that include a double-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and a convenient dishwasher. The extensive kitchen island adds extra dining spaces to the nearby dining table. All three bedrooms are located upstairs along with a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer. The primary bedroom features its own smart TV and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and an inviting soaking tub.

The duplex is a new build with a great design and furniture appointment. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The large garage came in very handy. We had some trouble with getting the cable to work but guest services answered quickly via text witha resolution. I would definitely book this duplex again.

We had spent great time in this house together as a family. It was clean and close to many natural attractions we intended to visit. The house was nicely furnished and designed. We enjoyed our time. The communication with the owner was smooth and easy. We received responses promptly. I certainly recommend this place for Colorado Springs visitors 👍

This is basically a brand new house. Everything was fresh and clean and we loved the layout. It’s in a great location, close to many restaurants, shops, and places to see like Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, etc. I would not hesitate to book this house again!

We loved staying in this quiet neighborhood that was so close to Old Colorado City, Manitou, and downtown.
The house was immaculate and thoughtfully designed. All of the appliances were new and easy to operate.
Lots of thoughtful touches helped to make our stay totally enjoyable.
We will definitely book this home again when we visit the Springs.

I stayed in the Arch St. duplex due to its location. The unit definitely did not disappoint! The home is basically brand new and designed/decorated with great style! The unit was VERY clean and convenient to everything the west side of Colorado Springs has to offer. Great to have a garage and plenty of space! I will definitely choose to stay here again.
