This luxury, modern, spacious vacation rental sleeps 13 and is ideal for big groups and families. The home is newly built and boasts new beds with memory foam mattresses, four LED Smart 4k HDTV’s (55" , 43", Two 40") with Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. There’s A/C, high speed WiFi internet, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, washer, dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, 8-person dining table and kitchen island with barstools, . For families with little ones, there’s a Pack ‘n Play (portable crib), high chair and 2 strollers. Game room includes pool table, table tennis and Pac Man/ Street Fighter arcade games. We provide clean linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, and complementary coffee.

Stay was good, house is on a busy street so need to be careful with parking. Good home for a big family and game room was fun.

We had 10 people and an infant. We fit fine. The pool table was big hit and the kids survived not having their electronics (parents rules). Starbucks and Walmart close by. House looked like pictures.

The proximity to Disneyland was perfect and the property manager responded quickly to my messages. The game room in the garage was also very nice and the home was spacious. I believe this property has potential to be a great home for families or groups visiting; however, there are some factors that must be addressed to bring it up to level: there are homeless people living in boxes across the street - but the property is gated so that is helpful. The cleanliness was not on a proper level and the kitchen appliances were very outdated and most were unusable- like the coffee maker and pots and pans. The backyard is unusable and needs a bushwhacking. The home needs a deep scrubbing from top to bottom. However, I’m hopeful the manager will bring it to standard for others to enjoy in the future.

I can’t recommend this place enough if you are looking for a place to stay with family. It was super clean, spacious, easy access to restaurants and grocery stores and a short drive to the beach.

I'm not sure if the other reviews are older but I had high hopes for this place. I was left disappointed. It's not a great neighborhood. I understand that can't be helped, but people should be aware and decide if they're comfortable with that. The experience itself was disappointing mainly due to general neglect of the property. The lawn looked like it hasn't been mowed in 6 months. The kitchen and bathrooms were dirty. Not enough towels or supplies. No hospitality from the hosts. No cleaning supplies for when children (or even adults) inevitably make a mess. No communication from the host about how is our stay or do we need anything. We had to replenish promised supplies to get through our stay. It served its purpose but I wouldn't bother staying there again.

Very nice house. It's right next to a shopping center and the road outside is quite busy and noisy, but otherwise the place is nice.

Our family of 6 adults and 6 kids under 9 stayed at this property during our recent visit to Disneyland. The layout was great for a large group. The play area in the garage was perfect for the kids. Easy surface street drive to Disneyland. We parked 3 cars in the driveway.

12 friends and family (all girls] stayed 2 nights and went to Disneyland to celebrate my daughters up coming wedding. The house was perfect. About 15 min away but there was plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. They were locked in behind a wrought-iron gate. We felt very safe. Didnt have time to play pool, ping pong or video games that were there for us but enjoyed the lage kitchen for breakfast on Sunday morning. I would definitely stay here again

The house was perfect . Just as described in the pictures . The beds were comfortable , lots of space for my family of 9 ! The kids and adults loved the game room in the garage . Loved that we all had TVs in the rooms (except the bunk bed room) but that was fine . Everyone felt very comfortable & spacious. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen too. Overall a great stay . Would definitely stay there again.

There were 6 of us on a sewing retreat. The place had ample space. The kitchen is sufficient for those who don’t cook or each in much. It had limited cooking or serving dishes. The road noise is fairly loud since the house is on the main thoroughfare. Otherwise we all had a fabulous time together. Easy checkin and out.

The host, Jay, was extremely helpful and communicative. He called to check on us upon arrival to ensure we were able to access the property and didn't have any issues. A few day slater, we had a bit of issue with the internet and he responded right away and had a technician out the same day to fix the issue. The house was clean and roomy and we enjoyed it very much. You can't beat this location where everything was extremely close. We had a great time. Thanks, Jay!

My family of 11 stayed at this property for our Disney vacation and it was perfect! The property was clean, easy to access during check in, and in a great location. Nearby were plenty of places to eat (it rained during our stay so we DoorDashed), a Walmart within walking distance for those last minute items we left at home, and a short drive to Disney. Because of the rain, our time away from the parks was spent indoors but the pool table, ping pong table, arcade game, and multiple tvs with streaming services saved us from rainy day boredom. The house accommodated our large family of adults and small children comfortably making it easy to say that we would definitely stay here again for future Disney trips! Thanks Jay and Sara!

This house was great to stay at with a large group. The living room and kitchen were spacious. The kids LOVED the pool table and ping pong table in the garage. There was plenty of parking for all of us. Appreciated the iron gate. The rooms were spacious and tidy and the kids loved staying in the bunkbeds. The only issue we had was the variety of cooking supplies in that large kitchen. There was limited # of pots/pans and we ended up buying & donating to the house a griddle. I wish there were hand towels as well instead of just paper towel. But other than that, the house was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental property with our 5 kids aged one through nine. The location provided easy access to both Disneyland and the beach as well as fun activities like ping pong and pool for the times we were hanging out between outings. Bedrooms were large and there was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We will be happy to stay here again for future visits!
