The location of this property is perfectly convenient to those who wish to walk around the area, exploring the many restaurants, bars, domino plaza and cafecito stands! Perhaps grab a classic Havana style mojito and have a quick dance at Ball & Chain! If you are looking for a more private environment, you may stay at the property and enjoy barbecues, spend the afternoon in the garden admiring the Miami weather and spend quality time with friends and family. The property is newly renovated and all necessary commodities such as WiFi, extra linens, cable and more are complimentary. This house is truly the best deal in town!
The property has a keyless combination lock of which the access code is provided once you have finalized your reservation.
Guests can contact me if they have any questions about the property, the area, or Miami in general! I have lived here in Miami for the past 15 years and know most of it's attractions.
Little Havana is the colorful center of Hispanic culture in Miami. The area’s riddled with Latin-inspired cafes, restaurants, venues and markets that give space and a voice to all the different backgrounds that have taken root in the neighborhood. Here you’ll find locals grabbing an afternoon cortado or a fresh fruit batido, talking politics over a game of dominoes, or eating solid authentic dishes from all over Latin America to a backdrop of ever-present Cuban beats.
On the last Friday of each month, Little Havana hosts Viernes Culturales, or Cultural Fridays, a monthly gallery night showcasing the cultural arts scene of the neighborhood. Little Havana offers a taste of multicultural Miami at its best.
My recommendation is rent a car or Uber/Lyft, free parking is included.
Be respectful to neighbors, no loud music (particularly after 10 pm), any damage to the property must be reported immediately, no illicit activities, no smoking indoors. If any rules are broken the security deposit will not be returned.
House rules are simple, treat the property as if it was your own, we really want to be able to provide a clean well maintained property to future guests as well. Also music is allowed but at volumes that will not disturb the next door unit. Aside from that I hope you enjoy your stay at my property!
PS: Any accidents that take place on the property I do not take responsibility for, but I've been doing this for a long time and no problem have come up to this point.
