Magnificent villa of more than 600 m2, facing south, exceptional sea view, 6 bedrooms (12 people), located on a plot of 3,000 m2 in Nagueles, in the Golden Mile, close to the beach, restaurants and shops and close to only 30 mins. from Málaga airport.
It has a 17m long private swimming pool with bar area, a beautiful tropical garden, a BBQ area, a TV area with Playstation, 5 additional TVs, 3 closed garages.
This fantastic south facing seven-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, tropical gardens and even a chiringuito (beach bar). Located within walking distance of the beach and close to all kinds of amenities such as restaurants, shops etc. and a short drive from the center of Marbella.
This recently built villa is distributed over two floors. It is contemporary and modern in style with spacious rooms, very bright and with high ceilings creating a spacious atmosphere.
The distribution consists of an entrance hall, a living room with fireplace and leading to a covered terrace of very good dimensions and from where you can enjoy superb sea views. There is also a dining room separate, a fully equipped kitchen with central island and a terrace with barbecue, a laundry room and a guest toilet. Furthermore, there is a TV room with a fireplace and a library and lovely views. The villa has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and an office. There is also a separate maid's room with a private bathroom.
The Golden Mile is one of the most sought after areas not only in Marbella but also on the Costa del Sol.
