This luxurious island compound consists of 3 structures - a main house, a carriage house, and a guest cottage. Combined, the 3 structures boast 10 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, and off-street parking. The compound can sleep up to 27 guests– ideal for large groups looking to enjoy Nantucket. Amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor area with a patio & grill. Inside, the professionally designed spaces offer open concept layouts and kitchen & dining spaces perfect for entertaining.
The Space:
This property is situated on a lot that includes a main house, a carriage house, and a guest cottage. This listing is for ALL three structures and all associated outdoor space and amenities. Please inquire if you are interested in renting the main house and cottage house/guest cottage separately.

Main House: This is a 3 story home with a flight of stairs between each of the three floors.
–Ground Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Full-over-full bunk beds, 1 Twin Daybed), 2 En Suite Bathrooms
-First Floor: 1 Bedroom (1 King), 1.5 Bathrooms (1 en suite), Living room, Dining room, Kitchen
-Second Floor: 3 Bedrooms (1 King & 1 Twin Daybed, 1 Queen, 1 Queen), 2 Bathrooms (1 en suite)
Carriage House: This is a 2 story home, with an interior spiral staircase and railing from the first to second floor.
-First Floor: Living space, Kitchen, Dining Area
-Second Floor: 2 Bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen), 1 Bathroom
Guest Cottage: This is a studio space with several exterior steps to enter and no interior stairs.
-First Floor: 1 Bedroom (2 Twins), 1 Bathroom
Outdoor Space: This listing has two outdoor spaces, associated with the main house and carriage/cottage house respectively, separated by a fence.
-Main House: Pool, Patio with BBQ grill, Bar, Kitchen and Dining Area, Outdoor Shower
-Carriage House/Cottage House: Hot Tub, Patio with BBQ Grill, Outdoor shower

Guest Access:
All three structures have locks with door codes. Codes and other check in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check in.
The Neighborhood:
This family-friendly area is frequented by locals and visitors alike looking to explore the streets and the beach. While this home maintains proximity to the airport, the Nantucket downtown area has small shops, restaurants, and markets, only 15 minutes from our residence. The shoreline is easily accessible by several neighboring beaches, and downtown Nantucket is just a short bike ride away via the Surfside and Milestone Road Paths.
Getting Around:
Want to explore? We’ve got you covered. There are several different transportation options near us. There are two bike rentals near our home (bikes can be delivered right to the house); Island Bike Company Inc. and Easy Rider Bicycle Rentals. But, if cycling isn’t your speed, Hertz Rentals is about a 15 minute walk away. Downtown Nantucket is just a shuttle or 20 min bike ride from our home, so you can go from beach to town in no time. Just remember to bike safely and wear a helmet!

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
-Pets are not allowed at this property.
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
